  1. I’m almost certain that UPND won’t accept this move to print ballot papers in zambia.

If this happens and UPND losses, that would be the beginning of civil war in zambia.

However, the move in itself is good. Let us have faith in our own Zambian things. Although it may not be 100 % quality but there is always a 1st time In life.

    • There is no room for civil war and there is no way there will be a civil war just because UPND has lost.

  2. Why wasnt there a first time before now dj7 if it was so efficacious. Withyour obvious intelligence can you please enlighten us less informed how civil war will occur. By the way the governments of otber countries monitor comments on sites like this. Grow up my friend politicking doesn’t help zambia

  3. This animal DEMOCRACY is wasting the merge resources of the country.Ban elections for 10 years .

  4. Mutati has already found work to do in a ministry where you simply sit in the office..says alot about the last minister there!!

  5. UPND needs to be consistent with its policies; on one hand, they are asking the government to be prudent with financial resources and then in the same breath asking the government to outsource the printing of ballot papers abroad. What is wrong with the Government Printers doing the job at half the price? Why are we suspicious of Zambian products or services?

  6. Why is Mutati talking about ballot printing, this just shows that ECZ is not independent. ECZ is the one to come up with this decision and communicate it to the public if they are that independent otherwise they are just a rigging machine for PF.
