Zanaco halted their two-match losing run on Saturday following a 1-1 home draw with Power Dynamos at Sunset Stadium in Lusaka.
The result gave Zanaco some breathing space following a tough last week after losing 1-0 at home to Zesco United and by the same margin on the road at Lumwana Radiants.
But it was Power who took the lead in the 23rd minute before Bernard Ofori equalized in the 42nd minute.
Zanaco are 8th after round 10 on 14 points following the draw to halt their two-match losing run.
Power stay 4th on 18 points, four behind leaders Zesco United who were in 2018 CAF Champions League action on the same day at home in Ndola against Mbabane Swallows of Swaziland.
Meanwhile, Green Buffaloes stay second after a 1-0 home win over National Assembly courtesy of a Diamond Chikwekwe goal in the 61st minute.
Buffaloes have 21 points, one behind Zesco.
