2. ECL has ordered the arrest and incarceration of HH,Fresher Siwale,Nevers Mumba and others.
   When Antonio Mwanza and Sunday Chanda speak and call for the arrest of Mary Tshuma,we all know it is ECL speaking thorough his minions.

     This is money laundering it is not as easy as stealing a TV,there is a clear paper trail which even a child born today can read after reaching 25 in 2043,no evidence can be tempered with here,if you are one of those mentioned just wait for your day when there will be nobody to pretend to hear no evil and see no evil
