  1. All the best Commissioner! A lot of work down there with a lot of people with twisted brains and hearts due to TRIBALISM! I will pray for you! God bless you Sir!

    • The ZAF commander looks genuine and deserving. But I still miss Eric Chimese.
But the ZP is not improving, standards are getting lowered day by day. Kapyongo’s appointment really, Bonnie Kapeso??? Na Charity Katanga was better, she has served PF in all provinces.

    • THIS IS NOW TRIBALISM ON AN INDUSTRIAL SCALE BY THE SO CALLED MR SHARON, ANY DECENT SOCIETY SHOULD STOP IT AT ANY COST. IF HE HAS A PROBLEM, I AM SURE HEALTH PROFESSIONALS CAN HELP HIM.

    • No! Because they think the rest are “Thieves!” They vote 100% Hakainde and cry when they Ha left behind. When they Ha given any position they “Support the Local Team badala,” and befriend Galu Watchers in Zambia. Got it?

    • Yes, e g. Hakainde Hichilema.

Don’t they say opposition is part of govt?

The chief whif for UPND actually has a government ministerial vehicle and salary. They ARE in govt

  2. Kapeso and charity katanga were both fighting for that position as they both tried hard to be the chief bootlicker to PF. Unfortunately kapeso carried the day because of arresting GBM when he was in northern for illegal drilling and for bringing Gary nkombo to book as well as other upnd members at southern province.

  3. Bonny Kapeso(PF cadre) as Deputy IG (ops)+ increased budgetary allocation to Min. of Home Affairs=deterioration in human rights record.

  4. This would have been ideal time to host a Press conference but the coward is scared as hell…really laughable…Zambia has no president.

    • GBM can never be president of UPND, he does not even have a copy of the Tonga version of the UPND constitution. Yes HH is retiring in 2021 because I have heard people say the even if the price of fuel goes to k100 per liter and the exchange rate is k1000, they will never vote for HH the same way people in southern province can never vote for another person regardless whatever amount of development that person brings.

  5. Missed opportunity, occasions like These is time to educate and inform the population, about fighting crime and reducing crime.

  6. Lungu is trying to keep Luapula happy by replacing Lozi’s and Tongas in the police service ! ONE ZAMBIA ONE NATION …

    • Ichipumpu confessed Paradise Papers were right and “I have money in Panama and there is nothing wrong with stealing,” it had said.

  7. You can take a monkey out of the bush but you can’t take the bush out of the monkey ! English is the official language in Zambia use it so we can understand what you are trying to say on this platform….

  8. sharon are you a child of GOD? if you are indeed, would JESUS be happy with what you are saying….. GOD hates sin and evil….. Lungu does not give passport to insult … BEFORE GOD you shall stand alone to answer for actions………..
Politics is evil because of evil men and evil women……….. Cooose where you want to belong…..GOD or D.evil

  9. Preparing Kapeso to take over from Kanganja. Kapeso is more cruel and hard-hearted than Kanganja and will maximise the use the hardware to be bought come 2021. Why would you think the budget allocation for Security and Peace has been elevated?
