    • If we, ourselves, dont respect our own laws how can we expect foreigners to respect them. If our leaders are in the forefront of breaking our laws and recieving bribes from foreigners, how do we even expect them to take us seriously when we make such statements?

  1. Okay Kampyongo ,but its far more important for Zambian leadership to abide by the laws before investors do. In a country badly governed ,wealth is something to be ashamed of and investments are done with great hesitance due to safety and unhealthy regulatory framework.

    • Kampyongo says what he does not mean mean what he does not say. He is one of the worst so called ministers of the 21st century.

  2. Bwana Kampyongo forgets how PF came to power in 2011 with uncertain regulations and chaotic policy changes. Investors don’t like uncertainties either Bwana minister.

  3. It should not only end at calling on them to abide by the laws of the land but also see to it that they are prosecuted when they break those laws. Actions speak louder than words

  4. The moment you give foreigners power, you start calling them boss boss, then know you are doom. The special treatment we give to foreigners is just flabbergasting.
