What you haven’t explained is why Findlay has not been prosecuted by the American government? You only say he has been named.
Even me, my name appears in a very serious drug curtail report in South Africa. Just because I allowed an old university friend to stay in my home while he visited Zambia. Little did I know that I was harbouring a drug dealer who was actually hiding in my house and was avoiding hotels and lodges. He was arrested in my house together with me.
Am not defending Findlay because everyone knows he’s a crook, but being mentioned in a report does not hold water.
