  1. Yo excellency, while its commendable to visit the sick, it would make sense that you as Head of State makes a budget that there is medicines in these Hospitals. What country do you really run where a person falls sick, sometimes it’s an emergency, and you are given a list of medicines that you must go & buy? Surely? And this is your governments policy? That’s how hospitals are run in your country. And you are busy buying new 4x4s & a £48 million aeroplane. What a ziko

    • So you expect medicine to be free? Even here in Germany where we pay health insurance there is nothing like free medicine in hospitals. Medical consultation and treatment are free but when the doctor prescribes medicine, you must go and buy it yourself from the “Apotheke” (Chemists) found on every corner of the street.

    • But Nine Chale, that is because the 99.87% of the population can afford to buy!! The Zambian scenario is different, it calls for the government to intervene!!
