  1. with no ICT industries how do you monitor…and using what equipment.zicta your duty is not about punishing a consumer

  2. ZICTA Cooperate Communication Affairs Manager Ngabo Nankonde…..first of all YOUR NAMES DO NOT MEET THE REQUIRED STANDARDS OF ZAMBIAN NAMES, SECOND, YOU BRING ISSUES WHERE THEIR ARE NO ISSUES AS ALL ICT EQUIPMENT SO FAR ARE COMPLIANT, THIRD, AS BO -KIMBO HAS SAID FROM A SHHOLE COUNTRY THAT CANNOT PRODUCE EVEN A RAZOR BLADE HOW CAN YOU CHECK COMPLIANCE OF ICT EQUIPMENT? CAN WE ALSO CATEGORIES WHAT WE MEAN BY ICT EQUIPMENT, HEADPHONE, BLUETOOTH, LAPTOP, are all ICT EQUIPMENTS?

  3. ICT equipment can also be a d ildo so what is she on about? Let’s not put out ma statements just to meet a KPI in some glorified, air-conditioned box passing itself off as the Communications Office. Yangu tata lesa.

  4. Ok, but what are those standards mention one or two so that I can stay start from there. It is very difficult for a non ICT person to know products that are genuine and fake. And like someone has already mentioned ICT ranges from small devices such headphones to desktop computers. The problem is we accept anything especially those freely given to us. Africa has become a dumping site for all useless things, why because we can’t afford buying genuine or original products. Take for itel phones.
