  1. Navela Bwino…..In the past we were told Zambians are the most educated in the SADC region. Now its our esteemed Parliament

    • The speaker allowed to table a CAB without allowing a 2/3 majority phase. That makes him a clown and soon those visits to parliament from other nations will cease. More so, that Parliament will be emasculated by Bill 10 because All powers are going to the president… technically, Zambia will have a new King courtesy of Matibini.

Matibini is learned and has the knowledge but not wisdom, because wisdom is applied knowledge, which Matibini is failing to surface.

    • Unbelievable! was this man misquoted or not, does he really believe what he said ?iyee some people like to self praise themselves.

    • Iwe na iwe Maganizo stop receiving butter from politicians. This is a lie big lie.

      What good practices??

  2. Bs who even cares that you are ranked highly if you don’t produce anything or substance and by the way remove that old white
Man’s wig it makes us look stupid. Who says you have to wear that and for what?

  3. Spoken by a PF Cadre who could not even assertion the role of acting president when the very admired parliaments required of him to do so while the office of president was in question. The same parliament where PF cadres continued to serve as cabinet minister (chewing tax payers money) even after their mandate had expired. I can see why we are admired, very sad….

  4. PF is desperate and leaving no stone unturned in their quest to convince the majority inept docile Zambians to believe that our parliament is well admired. This is an utter lie. A parliament that is controlled by the ruling PF and you call that an admired Parliament…..it beggars belief. Zambians do not close your eyes and EARS please. We need to sort the PF out come 2021. PF paid someone to write this stupid article to promote their agenda which never benefits Zambians but only a few of ECL inner circle.

  5. In Namwanga they say: ”Nuchilemba umuwole akati ningamela”. meaning that: If you could ask, even rotten beans will claim to be good enough seed to germinate. The speaker of one of the most useless parliaments wants to give himself some credit.
