  1. In fact most people who have big muscles tend to over compensate for their small dinga-lings. Most take steroid which reduce their manhood. Moderate exercise is sufficient for a healthy s.e.x life. I embody healthy living. Diasporans you need cut down on the burgers from Macdonald and such places. A man should be able to view his manhood and not be blocked by big stomachs

  6. Well said @ Kaizar Zulu. Men need to exercise and trim down on those tummies. Exercise and Keep fit but don’t spend hours on end in the gym doing that building muscles nonsense!! Instead spend hours making money and strategising on your next business venture. #Amjustsaying#

  7. But why is the trainer holding her waist? No wonder these trainers end up sleeping with these women. Some trainers will assist by lightly holding the bar and not the waist.

  8. Sembe it was a guy wamene akamba ati YOU CAN’T GROW A V…….if you don’t lift weights
Sembe mwanvela ati he has no respect for the other gender, backlash che from NGOs, someone would apologising and saying SOOLI.

  9. That’s coming from someone who has not grown up properly.

Everybody knows that our private parts are not grown on the gym floors, in fact some people lose the functionality of them as others also improve on their health.

  10. Okay we will discuss issues of the anatomy later, for now Inflation and the kwacha are running towards 20% and K20 to a dollar. GDP negative growth. Reserves gone. Currency is second worst performing in the world. You can continue with your gym anatomy stories after my post.

  11. Kaizer Zulul, why do you post the same comment several times, the system even alerts you of the fact that you have already said that, but hey, your fingers keep hitting the post comment!!

  12. Kaizer Zulu, why do you post the same comment several times even when a caution pops up to notify you that you have already said the same thing. Its irritating to say the least!

  13. This is not weightlifting but powerlifting or atleast for her it’s both since she talks about doing overhead.

  14. I like her, She is one of the few remaining English speakers in Zambia today. I would like all Zambians to speak their native languages and not pretend to speak English which is no longer well taught in schools.

  15. BRAVA CHERRY! FOR ME I CAN’T TRY BECAUSE MY FARTS HAVE NO RESPECT. ANY TINY SQUAT THEY COME RUSHING OUT!
