Two separate rescheduled matches of significant importance will be played on Wednesday in the two Faz divisions.
In the Faz Premier Division, defending champions Zesco United visit Lusaka Dynamos at Queensmead Stadium.
Down in Faz Division 1 North at Nchanga Stadium in Chingola, hosts Nchanga Rangers host Afrisports in a rescheduled Week 3 match.
To begin with, Zesco’s delayed Week 21 match against Dynamos could be the beginning of a tight race on the final stretch to decide this year’s league title.
Victory for second placed Zesco in Lusaka will see them replace Zanaco at the top of the table.
Zesco are currently second on the table with 48 points with two games in hand and two points behind leaders Zanaco.
Meanwhile, Rangers who are second in Division 1 North will be looking to consolidate their second place in the battle for promotion.
Rangers are currently on 47 points and a home win over Afrisports will see them move within one point of leaders Nkana.
The game was controversially given as a walkover to Afrisports after it was not played in March but the Faz disciplinary committee ruled the awarding of points to the latter was not valid.
