Veteran Nchanga Rangers coach Fighton Simukonda has asked Power Dynamos supporters to be patient with new club coach Tenant Chilumba.
Power supporters booed Chilumba during Saturday’s goalless draw with Nchanga in a FAZ Super Division Week 16 at Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe.
But Simukonda condemned the hostile behavior by Power fans.
Under Chilumba, eleventh placed Power have recorded three losses, a win and one draw.
“I am just urging the fans of Power Dynamos to be patient, their behaviour is not good,” he said.
Simukonda added:”The young boy (Chilumba) has just joined the team but they were booing him.”
He expressed confidence that struggling Power will start winning.
“We coaches we are human beings we need support from soccer fans. Results will come, let them have patience.”
Power should apologise to Kabole for firing him after wining the league.

Get your facts right. Neither Roan United nor Nchanga Rangers has ever been relegated to Division after Kabole living he clubs.
Power fans must spare Tenant and pour venom, if need be, on Dynamos Football Club management. Iam persuaded to trace the current poor state of affairs to the Clubs management because in the recent past, the Club has been consistent in firing and hiring Coaches under a mistaken impression that will reap dividends overnight.
Granted the contracts offered to Coaches are performance based but when considering whether or not to fire a Coach a number of things must be considered. The Club parted company with Benstone Chambeshi rather unceremoniously and then hired Tenant and yet it is still languishing in the lower rungs of the league. Doesn’t this imply the problem goes beyond the Coach? Management should take time to situate where things are not going right otherwise it will be wise to step…

Ba kay u ve not followed zed football. U never heard abt nchanga n roan play in th lower division? Even power at one tym was abt to go lower divison until they haired ba kabole. Ba worked very we’ll wit dat indian man called nahi unlyk owen..
