The Southern African Center for the Constructive Resolution of Disputes (SACCORD) says Zambians should desist from engaging in malicious debate on the health of President Michael Sata.
SACCORD Executive Director Boniface Cheembe has implored Zambians to develop a sober attitude towards debates centering on the health of the President.

Mr. Cheembe saID the Head of State can fall sick just like any other human being and that the best people can do when such a thing happens is to be sympathetic.
Mr. Cheembe addED that it is important that government tries by all means to clear the unnecessary speculation building up on the health of the President by embracing transparency.
He further stated that SACCORD is also of the view that whatever information government divulges to the public on the President’s wellbeing is what should form the basis for public opinion.
Mr. Chembe has emphasized that this discussion should however not be for the purpose of maligning the Head of State.

Its true Zambians have very short memories! Has Saccord forgotten that the PF government has been telling lies to Zambians with impunity since they ascended to power.Does Saccord really expect us to take whatever government says as gospel truth? This guy must be smoking something.
We is everyone bothered. When was President Sata ever sick to warrant an evacuation? Not so long ago, Kalaba, the Foreign Affairs Minister publicly declared that his boss was fit and working. The Post itself said that Sata called the newspaper and told them that he was fit as a fiddle. So lets get on with life as Sata is on an unexplained months leave in Isreal. Whatever befalls Sata while he is on a working holiday, thats PF’s to handle. Please do not come before the Zambian peoples to sympathize nor empathize with what will befall your party. PF, as a party are not transparent.

Mr Sata himself and his ministers are to blame for the controversies surrounding all his trips abroad. The nation is never told the truth about where the president is going to, the purpose of the trip and how long he would be away. Everything is left to the people to speculate and speculate you will get. Do you surely think people will believe the cheap lies that Mr Sata is on a month-long working holiday and even cuddling with his wife on the bitch? Come on, be serious!

It’s difficult to be sympathetic towards someone that you have no love for, period! And the rason that he doesn’t get any love is because he gives no love, the so called love he showed towards the masses prior to becoming president during the campaigns was not genuine, it was merely meant to buy votes, I feel stupid for ever having voted for him
