    • Despite all the education he has, he could not convince me with many of the answers to questions put to him.

Why should I bother? He is never serious even on the ConCourt issue just like his younger brother Christopher Mvunga, Former Deputy Minister of Financial Pleasure & Entertainment, who was ever busy with social life instead of National Financial matters.

  1. I was surprised that he us professor he did not answer any of the questions he was asked. The nsn was politicking that is all. When I realized he is the Chairman of the so called judicial complaints commission I said Sikamba there we go I think I already have the answer to your complaint.

  2. This Professor is an old timer and his legal advice has long reached its sale-by date. The Prof says the UPND Petetion has not brought about a Constitutional Crisis. He is choosing to take an Ostrich approach by burying his head in the sand. Concourt has no force of law in dismissing the Petetion. In terms of what clause in the Amended Constitution did Concourt dismiss the Petetion? Where does it say in the Constitution that Concourt should determine the Petetion in 14 days? Concourt’s mandate is to hear the Petetion, listen to Witnesses’ evidence and determine the Petetion and declare the Winner. There is no clause in the Constitution for Concourt to deny and voilate the Petetioners’ rights to be heard. The Prof is part of Lungu’s Petetion blocking scheme to protect ECZ , Lungu and PF…

  3. Prof Mvunga really was giving half answers yesterday and its clear that with him at the helm of the commission, we are where we are

  4. These are schooled ( not learned) chaps who are putting our nation in a mess/ chaos.

When the so called professionals chose to be political cadres, technical matters cannot be resolved professionaly.

I have no respect for such felas.Thanks.

  5. The trouble is that cadres are bitter about Prof. Mvunga. Prof Mvunga says that you need to look at the syllabus / teachers of law in most of these institutions because the majority end up failing! So we have few people who can cope up with the law.

  6. I have admired the professor all these years only to realize yesterday that he is an empty tin just like many of his contemporaries. Just a dinosaur without real substance……. What a wasted and misplaced admiration I have had for this man…… Better he withdraws from public life……. How I miss Mr. Mwanakatwe…. the man who always stood his grounds just causes…

  7. Prof Mvunga is just an ordinary lawyer.Nothing special about him.He can never bite the hand that feeds him.No integrity whatsoever.

  8. If leaders don’t respect the laws of land, then how do you expect development reach its peak? Ecl should have followed the procedure outlined in constitution.just like any other God fearing human would have done.
