  1. Is it the Presidential petition the CASE AGAINST the CONSTITUTION COURT RULING that the petition’s time had lapsed. So is the PETITION STILL ON?

    • GBM in case you ‘ve forgotten this saying. Insanity is doing the same things over and over while expecting a different result. You can’t be featuring the same loser all the time and expect him win that is &stupidity or insanity. Brace yourself for yet another lose to a new comer in 2021.

    • It’s not insanity! There is a term they use about touching one’s body for some kind of pleasure. It is held in some health circles that it helps relieve depression and leads to high self esteem!

      That’s all I see in this case…

I ll get back on here when I remember that term.

    • Has HH condemned the act of his cadres or he has commended them for the barbarian behavior?

A normal citizen need not even be a leader to condemn such conduct.

Anyone who delights in such is below the average ordinary citizen.

  2. These f.ools are now getting into my nerves. This case is dead and buried and we need to move on. The same party praises con-court and ECZ when they win and throws mad at them when they lose. Such inconsistennce is for mad people who have no regard for others.

  3. The case is too big to be heard in the chambers. We need follow what will be said by witnesses in court. We must know the truth.

    • What ever is happening is just an academic exercise. Its not a petition like the one the constitution outlines which should fall within 7days after Ecz announces the winner. This is just the courts discretion to meant to please these 1mbeciles but has nothing to change anything. No one in Zambia is interested in this madness. Source is Upnd media.

  4. I just keep on wondering if there is any one in UPND who is sane. The petition is dead, buried and eaten up by maggots, what is in court is the so called RIGHT TO BE HEARD whatever that means. You people in UPND your leadership is taking advantage of your ignorance by giving fake hope that the petition will be heard. Believe you me NO ONE IS GOING TO HEAR YOUR PETITION, not even the ICJ or ICC. Go to the convention to replace hh with someone sensible. As long as you stick to him, forget about getting votes from northern, luapula, muchinga, eastern, copperbelt and lusaka provinces in 2021 and the electoral commission is not going anywhere.

    • THE QUESTION IS; WHY SHOULD A CASE THAT ATTRACTS NATIONAL INTEREST BE HEARD IN CHAMBERS? WHAT IS THE GOVERNMENT SCARED OF? HE WHO HAS NOTHING TO HIDE SHOULD NOT BE AFRAID TO PROVE HIMSELF INNOCENT.
SEMANTICS ABOUT THIS ISSUE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ROOM HERE BECAUSE THE GAINS TOWARDS A FULLY FLEDGED DEMOCRACY ARE AT STAKE NOW THAN EVER BEFORE.
CALL A SPADE A SPADE AND THE RULE OF LAW SHOULD PREVAIL IF ANY SANITY HAS TO RETURN TO THIS COUNTRY.
RIGHT NOW THERE IS JUST A GANG OF FORCEFUL DEPLORABLE S PRESSING ON THE PRESIDENT TO DO THE WRONG THINGS AND THESE ARE THE ONES HE MUST DEAL WITH. HE IS A LAWYER AND WILL DO WELL TO VINDICATE HIMSELF AND WILL BE SUPPORTED BECAUSE WE KNOW THEY HAVE HIJACKED HIM FOR PERSONAL GAIN. JUSTICE MUST PREVAIL.

  5. 2021minus 2017 time is reducting and you’re still talking about a lost case. Don’t cry when you lose again. It’s time for you to start going around the country campaigning take advantage of the hard times people are going through.

  6. We said b4 and will say. It is a mistake to make the AG lead lawyer in this Petition. The AG is not a Constitutional lawyer so he is going to have a torrid 4 days confronted by renowned Constitutional lawyers like SC Sangwa and others. The AG wants hearing in Chambers becoz he is fearing to make a fool of himself. The AG will be looking like a Zombie in Circus Movie

  7. We want a better country where all illegalities in court are well heard, documented, and criminals punished. We cannot have a decent country where hoodlums run off to be heard in secret courts!

    • Willombe stop dreaming nothing is changing just expect that ECL is the president till 2021 . Like him or not he is here to rule.

    • @8.1 STOP DISPLAYING YOUR CAREFREE ATTITUDE. THIS COUNTRY HAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXCEL IN MANY ASPECTS BUT THE DREAM OF MOST ZAMBIANS IS BEING KILLED IN THE BUD. AMOS WAYAYA AND YOUR KAIZER TULU (OR IS IT TIEF…LOL) REMEMBER POSTERITY IS THERE TO JUDGE ALL. IDI AMIN WAS THERE, HE THOUGHT HE HAD IT ALL…HE DIED A DESTITUTE! MOBUTU JOSEPH SESESEKO WAS THERE. HE DIED RUNNING, JERRY RAWLINGS,…..NAME THEM..THEIR END IS NOT SOME PATH ONE WOULD DESIRE TO FOLLOW. PF IS FULL OF PEOPLE THAT BELIEVE THAT THINGS MOVE BY MERELY MAKING A PRONOUNCEMENT OR GIVING ORDERS WITHOUT PLANNING, NOOO. YOU NEED BRAINS AND BRAINS THAT MUST BE ABLE TO SEE THINGS FROM AFAR…MAYBE 30 YEARS AHEAD. PLEASE SAVE ZAMBIA FROM DESTRUCTION! WE ARE HEADING NO WHERE AT ALL. GIVE HH A CHANCE.

  8. ZNBC and Times of Zambia want you to believe the case finished a long time ago. IT HASNT. Thats why Lungu is moving like a scared rabbit. This must be in open court with witnesses.

    • Sorry Joseph it’s not from those sources you mention. We’ve followed the case from its inception. By the way what are your sources if I may ask?

  9. No wonder we will never move forward with such a part like UPND. It’s not forward with UPND but backwards with UPND. You small brains under 5 boys and girls. Can you find peace in your heart and grow up. Nothing will change the president is ECL till 2021 please get life and make yourselves useful to the country. Get a life……..

    • Bemba theif.

This is about future elections, democracy and the rule of law in our country.
This has nothing to do with HH or UPND. citizens have the right to know the truth .

All you bembas are intrested in is continued stealing with media blackouts.

    • You are all 5tupid. Very 5tupid! What do you gain from talking about tr!be? Can’t you debate matters in a mature way? The Rwandan genocide did not waste enough blood on African soil over nothing, did it? Ba idyoti bakantu.

  10. Thanks to Peter Sinkamba (Green Party) and Antonio Mwanza (FDD) for providing checks and balances to the governance of the country. With UPND camped in courts, the noises from these two citizens is all we have to keep the govt in check.

  11. Imwe ba UNPD your Huwee Hyena is just trying to make relevant to your small party with blind followers. Get a life and move on. 2021 is coming fast a New PF president will your balls once again. That is beauty about PF we change presidents through a convention and don’t get blinded by propaganda oozing from GBM ati no need for.

  12. So we move on to 2021 with matters unresolved and come the next elections the same vote thefts happen even on a grander scale and more brazen impunity? A great injustice was done against the zambian people and issues need to be unravelled. I bet when you PF zealots hear what really transpired in the last elections, you will be left dumfounded!

    • PEOPLE ARE SAYING “WHO TOLD YOU HH WON?” BUT YOU STILL INSIST THE VOTE WAS STOLEN. DO YOU REMEMBER CLAUSE 5 OF ARTICLE 101? THERE! ITS KAPUT! BUT THE COURTS IN THEIR MAGNANIMITY HAVE GIVEN YOU A CHANCE TO HEAR THE PETITION IN CHAMBERS AND YOU CRY FOUL! WHAT A PITY.

  13. This case has lost the steam and meaning it was suppose to have. I wish the UPND lawyers had presented all the evidence to court and then if the Concourt had chickened out that there is no time to continue with the case, then we would have supported this cause.
As it stands today, the support would be in the interest of the ongoing constitution amendments as well. We would be interested in interrogating the time assigned to hear a presidential petition.
Is the time adequate? Did the Concourt contribute to wasting time in hearing UPNDs’ presidential petition or they committed ample time but the same time was squandered by the counsel for the plaintiff or defense?
Indeed it is now an academic exercise!

  14. WE NEED TO HEAR THE TRUTH AS IT HAPPENED WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND TO HEAR WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR VOTES. SURELY IF IT WAS TRANSPARENT THEN THERE IS NO NEED TO HIDE IN CHAMBERS. WE DEMAND THE TRUTH SO WE CAN MOVE ON.

    • The truth is that Ecl of Pf won with more than 85 mp seats while your tribal leader Who is also known as a &satanist lost the 2016 elections period.

  15. Viva ECL . You are giving >>>>> sleepless nights for want to be the republican president by hook or crook. It wont happen. This is the man who wants rains but not mud.

  16. UPND lawyers know they let 14 days elapse, in short the constitution hold precedence. It is the highest document of the land. Lawyers are getting rich in 2016 and beyond.

Viva Edith Nawakwi the convention champion.

  17. The high court decides to hear the preliminary issues or whatever, in chambers, and what do UPNDonkeys say? Ati what is the government afraid of? For Gods sake the person hearing the case is Justice Mwila Chitabo not the goverment.
And the Donkeys were even made to riot! They were dispersed by police teargas, what! Police have you run of live bullets? Shoot the bastados dead, reduce their numbers, bati tinka!

  18. Whatever happens ECL remains the president.UPND you even know for sure that you are just wasting your precious time.GBV is cheating you show the people democracy by going to convention.

  19. This man so called 🙂 has nothing to tell supporters nowander is fooling the by making unnecessary noise when ever is on platform.

  20. My biggest question! Why doesn’t Priscilla Issac or judge Chulu or even ECL take hh to court when openly accuses them for manipulating the election? There’s something why.

  21. For as long as you do not pin point the problem the solution remains evasive. It will never be achieved. UPND has al ot of money it seems to go around in circles. Or is it the lawyers doing exercises in the legal gymnasia. Whatever the case, their is nothing really to be achieved except an appearance of fighting for their own personal beliefs. Fighting for such is not wrong but not when the design is to undermine a sitting government or indeed the judiciary. If MR. HH is indeed a saint, then he must know that pride goes before a fall. To pursue personal ambition at the expense of peace and order in the land and respect for the powers that be is the height of pride. One shudders to think were this may take HH even if it so happens that he later became president. Sin always seems to find…

  22. Sin always seems to find us out. In doing so, it needs no helping hence the saying,” give him enough rope to hung himself.” President Lungu should concentrate on the land and its economy and let juniors correct UPND’s miss information campaigns. As for HH, the country is more important than you sir. Thats all the electorate want to see in a leader. One who places nation before himself. Can you really be such a person sir? How do you answer? At this rate, I am concerned.

  23. As long as in Zambia we have a political party with no ndatola fyes, that political party will satanised left, right and centre. People just want to take advenantage of some political parties just to continue ndatola fye mentalist which civilised zambians are saying NOOOOOOOOO and that should be put to an END!!!!
