“Zambians can never trust ECZ, Lungu, and Councourt,” says GBM

Share

United Party For National Development (UPND) vice president Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba has said that Zambians can never trust Electoral Commission of Zambia, President Edgar Lungu, the Constitutional Court (Concourt) and High Court judges anymore.

Mr Mwamba who is popularly known as GBM said the above  parties have denied the Zambians credible and capable leadership of UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema and himself.

He said with escalating high levels of poverty that the country is experiencing under the PF government, the Zambians are angry with president Edgar Lungu and individuals as well as institutions that helped PF to rig the 2016 presidential elections.

“Ba ECZ [abena Priscilar na Chulu], nama judge ba mu Konikoti namu Hayi koti pamo pene na Edgar wine, abena Zambia tabaka mwelele pakubalalika insala nomulandu wabun`go bwenu [the ECZ [Priscilar and Judge Chulu], Concourt and High court judges together with president Lungu Zambians will never forgive you for stealing their victory,”  he said.

Mr Mwamba said Zambians will never be happy with the PF government because it is an illegal government that is imposing itself on people that rejected it.

Mr Mwamba has since challenged president Edgar Lungu to go to the polls again with Hakainde Hichilema to see how legitimate his government is.

“The PF government is only the government of ECZ and PF members and not the Zambians who voted for my president HH. Am challenging Edgar to go for elections again with my president we see whether he can manage to get even ten votes from any polling station in Chawama, he is now an enemy of his own people and even himself because of incompetence,” he  said.

“Edgar lost and he is not my president, my president is Hakainde Hichilema [he is the only right man for the position and the only legitimate Zambia`s Republican President and not Edgar,”added Mr Mwamba.

  1. Of course not my wise vice president for me. Even here in London where I am.visiting and paid a courtesy visit to the Zambian high commissioner all the staff are complaining and not happy that the elections were stolen. Here am told that the staff were ready to celebrate hh win. People want change and they earned their change during election but even that was too much for the power greedy pf dictators. Surely forcing leadership is just as bad as raping a woman. Lungu is raping Zambia. Good morning. Live from frosty London

    • “Zambians can never trust ECZ, Lungu, and Councourt,” says GBM…then who the f*ck do you want to preside over your expired petition?????!!!!!!!!!!!

      Ubukopo bubi sana!

That gastrointestinal gas is suffocating/clouding your brains (that is if you even have half a brain!), Geoffrey, learn to fart some times!

    • Which Zambians do HH, Saunders and GBM refer to when they say Zambian will not forgive them? I thought Zambian have moved on with their lives. speak for your self papa…

  2. Well spoken Ba GBM, a true man of principles and conviction. How God allowed a convicted Thief, Drunkard, Evil and Possessed man Lungu to steal our vote is incomprehensible. How the 3 most corrupt, incompetent and compromised Con court judges were allowed to manipulate justice in broad daylight is beyond belief. But the living God our Lord knows all this and we pray that the 3 Corrupt Judges, Essau Chulu, Priscilla Isaac Mulenga and Edgar Lungu all receive appropriate blessings for the good or bad they did!! Madam FAT Judge Annie Mwewa and Mother of Deceit Isaac, we pray for you; Lucifer Chulu and Angel of all Evil things Mugeni Mulenga we pray for you; King of the Evil Pala.nio Mulonda and God Father of all Evil Lungu we also pray for you!! God bless these most evil people in our land…

    • And which sane GOD would listen to such a prayer full of profanity/vulgarity…anyway keep drowning in you sorrows. You find solace every time YOUR two foo.ls open their mouths…idyats!

    • Oh please spare us the kak GBM(GBV) a foul mouthed wife better can never be a man of principles. Please do not praise arrogant mediocrity and expect Zambia to make you rulers through the vote….

  3. To borrow with permission from one blogger ” Kabwe”

The UPND Petition was “dismissed” on a 14 day technicality which is illegal at Law. To make matters worse 14 days in terms of the law is 14 working days ending 8th Sept 2016. Concourt has no powers to dismiss the Petition without hearing and determining it. Court was supposed to declare a Winner but they failed to do so. Concourt also forgot that the old Bill of Rights still exist and the High Court administers it and that Petitioners have Rights to be heard in Court. Legally the Petitioners have a very strong case and would win at ICJ without a doubt. The fact that Lungu refused to handover the Presidency to the Speaker of Parliament during the Petition Hearing process disqualifies Lungu from the contest.

    Can any kaponya dispute…

  4. The only crime you have committed is outlined bellow:
    (1) Integrate. You are man of integrate and a survivor on your own. You dont bend on your principles that is why you had to resign when state was interfering in the Chiti Mukulu issues.
    (2) True nationalism. You are true nationalist who is ready to work with any tribal grouping from anywhere in the country.
    (3) Protection of ideals and values: You stand for values and ideals on which the PF was formed, unfortunately when the leadership is arm-twisted to sell the ideals and values to an opposing and influential former head of state, the values, ideals diminish.
    (4) True symbol of national unity: Your presence in the UPND is a true symbol and foundation of unity.
UNFORTUNATELY, YOUR POLITICAL CAREER IS DELIBERATELY SOAKED BECAUSE…

  5. UNFORTUNATELY, YOUR POLITICAL CAREER IS DELIBERATELY SOAKED BECAUSE of what you stand for but more disturbing are the following facts:
    (1) You are supported by Tongas- This is a sin your country. TRUTH NOTHING ELSE
    (2) You are supported by the Lozis- This is an abomination in your country. TRUTH NOTHING ELSE.
    (3) You are supported by Luchazi, Luvales, Kaondes, Lundas, Lambas, Solis, No ways.

  6. GBM is committing an offence. Treason, Contempt of court and many more. How on earth can HH just believe that if a case goes against him then the judge is not a friend. It is never like that. Even at ICJ he will say ECL has negotiate with the judges. Waste of time. HH and GBM.

  7. If we pray hard, God will one day turn and see the crimes and iniquities of the self-imposed earthly leadership. HE will then deliver his judgement and put this tyranny to end forever! Amen, Amen …

  8. Treason case is already committed by those who stole our votes, the like sof jamasons and coleagues such as the Kapyangos, Davis chapwii

  9. Well said GBM but u don’t need new Elections becoz Lungu,ECZ and Concourt are still intact and will rig the Election again. HH &GBM must know by now that they will never get Justice from Lungu’s compromised Courts. To Lungu allowing the Petition to be heard in Court is like committing suicide. Now that 6 months is up HH & GBM should take their Petition to ICJ with or without a Judgment from the High Court on March14/15, 2017. Let Lungu and his fellow Election Riggers be made to account at ICJ. With AU’s “African Solutions to African Problems” we will see how AU and SADC respond to ICJ Hearing the Petition while they are asleep.

  10. @ Chimbala. That is the HARD REALITY, TRUTH though paining, and you will live with it. If you chose to ignore, your conscious will smoothly nudge you.

    • Even you yourself Daniel cannot believe what you just said. You cringe at the thought of it not so?

Viva GBM, the true Vice President of Zambia’s most despised opposition party…this would have made much more sense, I think!

  11. Well spoken my vice president and wife batterer father to a gay daughter and a failed politician daughter who lost in your fathers land

  12. If u wanted advice from Lungu and HH what advice would the give u? Lungu will teach u how to cheat and steal and HH would teach u how to run a business and grow it. Thats the difference. U trust Lungu,Concourt “Night” Justices and some High Court Judges at your own peril. GBM is spot on.

  13. The Zambians he is reffering to are his children, wife and Etch Etch. As far as we are concerned there is only one President with a capital P, the rest are presidents starting with a lower p like the UNZASU GOLF union, Farmers Onion, UPND and so on.

  14. I WAS THINKING – IF GENUINELY VOTES WERE STOLEN AND EVIDENCE AVAILABLE, PRESIDENT INAUGURATED AS THE CASE WAS BEING HEAD, CON COURT REFUSES TO HEAR THE CASE, THE HIGH COURT DELAYS, MEANWHILE, PLAN TO RUN AWAY FROM ICC UNDER WAY, PARTY LEADERS WHO BREAK THE LAW AND ARE CORRUPT NOT PUNISHED… AM STILL THINKING … BUT AGAIN THERE WAS THE RUSH AND INJUSTICE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND NOW DISENGAGEMENT PLAN FROM ICC AND LAWLESSNESS PROMOTION AMONG MEMBERS. ARE ZAMBIANS AWARE, IF YES WHY THE SILENCE..

  15. Here is free advice to some PF Bloggers who do not understand law. Its true ECZ controversially declared ECL the Winner of the 2016 Presidential Election. However, In terms of the Current Electoral Law once the Election Results are Petitioned it has the effect of Suspending ECZ’s declaration of the Winner and the President Elect. Concourt after hearing the Petition and considering it then makes another declaration of a Winner and that Winner can be Sworn in as President. The problem is that Concourt “dismissed” the Petition based on a 14 days expiry technicality but did not Hear the Petition and consequently failed to declare the Winner. In the absence of Concourt declaration of the Winner of the Election it means any inauguration that took place thereafter is a Nullity legally.Hence…

    • You must be a very dull teacher and I wonder if your students pass!

And isn’t that same ”14 day technicality” , as you so conveniently call it, not in the constitution which you zealots were busy pushing until HE ECL assented?

You guys are just plain hypocrites and only when ”something” suites you then it’s correct other than that you cry murder! bye for now!

  16. Kikikikikikikikikikiki…..imwe a GBM na UPNDonkey party yanu, which Zambians are you talking about? Kikikikikikikikikikikikikikiki….kwena ba hiho nabo…..kikikikikikikilikiki!!!!!

  17. It seems the message is now slowly sinking into some PF heads. The Concourt judges themselves were divided on the issues of the 14 days. 3 said they should go ahead hear the case and 2 said nay. Even if the 14 days expiry was to be observed Whom did the concourt afterwards declare to be the winner? NONE. So who is the president according to the concourty?

  18. There was no winner since the case presented was not head due to delaying tactics of the petitioners and their lawyers when they knew quite well that, that case was to be dealt with within 14 days. In the constitution it is stated that if the case cannot be dealt with in a short time within 14 days Judges should sit on Saturdays and Sundays to disposal off the case within 14 days not a day more No, but this was not the case since the said case never took off due to the above said reasons. One said the petitioners has the right to be head yes which was given to them but they choose to ignore the rule of law which they were supposed to follow. E.g. when a school child is late at school does the teacher start teaching the late child alone No when you are late that’s it.l
    In short the…

  19. In short the concourt could not rule on the case which they did not hear to them they knew nothing about it. This brings us back to ECZ and the Judge who announced ECL the winner as the there was no longer any petition due to their negligence.

Who do they think they are to make the concourt Judges break the law just to suit their ego?

  20. pf is not a party under lungu to rule it started by the late BaSata, this is a great shame to my beloved land ZAMBIA. Under pf Zambian missions offices abroad are tuned bedrooms on weekends by these pf officers posted in 12 countries, now some of us who are working outside Zambia are very very ashamed of this. We used to be respected by people from these countries, now that respect is gone. Am worried about these officers who are represanting our country, can the government do something?
