  1. It’s cheap to train a cop. You can manage to train half a population in less than 4 years.

  2. The Police Service is already 50% Bemba, 30% Eastern and 20% Other. Does Kampyongo want to push the Bemba quota to 60% the and 10% for the Other? Where are the educated, informed and nationalist Zambians to reset the course of this country on its correct path?.Who is going and at what cost will it take to correct this mess created by northern tribalists through the fiction of the superiority of the Kola Foundation?

    • You are the same tribalists together with your Supreme Leader and you now think everyone is like you…

  3. A former Katondo Street Currency dealer congratulating Police Recruits….instead of ridding the police of nepotism and corruption. It seems every Police Officer is related to someone in ZP especially Traffic cops.

  4. We don’t need more cops, we need a few competent cops.
Retrain the current crop of brutal incompetents, especially traffic cops and then remove road blocks.

  5. Pipo read the comments of HH oval head and you will see the real reason for recruiting more officers. This is a specific strategy to ensure subservience of the pipo. Beware this is how nazi germany, cuba, USSR ,China achieved thejr stranglehold over their opponents.
