  1. LT journalism at its best….never saying exactly what they need to say, never saying what they actually witnessed or heard. shocking

    • Jay Jay, everything and anything is VERY EXPENSIVE to you, right? Even without knowing the specifics of the project, all you see is the dollar amount. So, how much should a project like this cost? By the us know also the extent and specifics of this project on which you have based your conclusion.

SOMETIMES “CHEAP” CAN PROVE TO BE “EXPENSIVE” IN THE LONG RUN, BABA!

    • Yambayamba – show me a $150million Treatment Plant or better a $100million Treatment Plant…then talk?

  2. Why is it every public project in Zambia with Chinese main contractors costs minimum $100m ….what is so sophisticated about this facility to cost that much treating raw water give us a flow rate 200 to 1,000 GPM? $150million is a lot of money to waste LCC….these things should not cost more than $15 million..

  3. These guys are working Hard making HaJealousy jelaousy! Maybe we should not be dipping his In’gombe Ilede in there.

  4. Department of labour. I can see a wrong step ladder at a construction site .let’s work on that those step ladder’s are not safe.
