Those were not UNZA students pe say but known UPND cadres from southern province.I was there at the funeral house and SDA church near Arcades and witnessed it when the tongas who accompanied HH started insulting Hon.Dora Siliya as she walked out of the funeral house to a vehicle.Kainde is a chief of dirt or evil politics in Zambia.HH feels like a king at tonga events.A student who died was from Namwala,so this funeral had several tongas.Moreover,this is how HH deceives himself always because at such tonga events,he feels as even all other Zambians would treat him that way when in fact not!!!Kainde is nothing in 6.5 provinces!!!
No wise student would insult a minister at any fora.THOSE WHO DID THAT WERE UPND CADRES FROM KANYAMA AND MAZABUKA-PERIOD!!

Denial won’t change the truth. And residing to tribal and regional innuendos only show what blind of person you are. Let’s learn from what happened in other places like Rwanda, Burundi, and Congo on what tribal politics can bring. Just stop the it.
I always worry, when I encounter minds that are so closed that they can’t see beyond HH and ECL or UPND vs PF or Tonga vs whatever. And sadly these are the kind of minds that surround our President. Minds that only have self interest. No real concern for the future of our country. Unable to do any objective analysis of anything. When it doesn’t rain they blame those opposed to the interests of their bellies. For me PF, UPND the same kind of charactors

But on the other hand, it should serve as a wake up call to PF for them to understand that people are unhappy with them.
They are unhappy that the President couldn’t show any concern at the injustice against Vespers. That he showed no concern or sympathy. he could only talk about a hyena defecating
They are unhappy that their meal allowances haven’t been paid since august, that civil servants haven’t been paid, that council workers are not paid. In the meantime Mr. Lungu and friends increase and backdated their salaries. People are not impressed.
Mr. Lungu is detached from the people. He lives in a bubble seemingly is unaffected by the suffering of the people.

PERSONALLY I HAVE BEEN VOTING FOR PF SINCE 2006 UP TO 2015 AND NOW I HAVE VOWED NOT TO VOTE FOR PF AGAIN AND I HAVE BEEN WONDERING WHICH PARTY TO VOTE FOR AS UPND DO NOT GIVE ME ANY HOPE AT ALL.
FOR THEM EVERYTHING IS TRIBE AND THEY WILL DIE JUST LIKE THAT BELIEVING BELIEVING IN TRIBE.A WHILE AGO I WAS IN LUAPULA AND PEOPLE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE BEHAVIOR ABOUT PF BUT THEY ARE SAYING THEY CAN NOT VOTE FOR UPND BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE AGENDA FOR THE PEOPLE OF ZAMBIA.

I dont like Dora Siliya because of her muselela kwa kaba (join the party in power) attitude, but she did not deserve to be treated like that by roudy students. Every one can sypmathise with the students plight, especially with the way they are being treated by the PF Government, but behaving like that is unacceptable. Whether you like it or not Dora is a Cabinet Minister and a mother and deserves resptec.
This is an acceptable behaviour by students, seriouly hygene is needed at unza.

Hon Dora Siliya was insulted precisely for that reason, first and most importantly for being Nsenga and secondly for being a PF minister. And the insulters were…..??? No prize for guessing the obvious. Upnd cadres of course, masquerading as students. And at a church regarded by upnd cadres, officials and leaders as their own.
I saw it with my naked eyes. Shame on these political tribal goons. They are denting the image of the good people. My girlfriend is Tonga though and I love her. Fortunately she votes on the right.
Where is Madam Sara Longwe to defend Minister Dora.
You don’t treat Minster like that. That was totally wrong they way Minister Dora was treated. Respect is needed. Are those students or it was just group from outside. Very shame to see such kind of things happening in our beloved country.
The one who incited the students is more guilty than the policeman who threw that canister which caused the unfortunate death of a student. The student is dead but the children of the one who caused the fracas are safe and sound, probably studying at some university in England. The family has lost a potential bread winner but harassing Dora won’t substitute for their loss. Upnd have lost it and in their bloody quest for power will clutch at anything even causing loss of life.
