Lusaka city council public relations officer Mulunda Habeenzu has distanced the local authority from being connected to a named market in Chelston township.
Mr. Habeenzu noted that the said market is not a cooperative market.
He was speaking in an interview with ZANIS in Lusaka yesterday.
He added that the market is unrecognized by the council adding that it’s a man-made one operating outside the jurisdiction of the council.
Mr. Mulunda has advised concerned Chelstone residents not to hesitate to report the matter to the police if the issue was to be addressed.
ZANIS survey in the area have revealed that at the named market a number of illicit activities take place at the market.
At one of the shops, it was learnt that it is occupied by six ladies who are alleged to be luring unsuspecting male customers for sex.
Recently a man was raped by the six ladies a situation which angered the residents in the area.
Raped by six women! What a nightmare. I am sure he did his best to resist.
So is this man supposed to be unlucky??

I would have believed if the report said ‘ a man had his gonads crushed by six women’. Raped? Is he a child? How? Were women forcing themselves on top of him? And he maintains an erection on each woman to achieve penetration? Amazing!
