The Football Association of Zambia have secured a kit deal with Singapore sport apparel maker Mafro.
The deal is the permanent replacement for the Nike contract that expired a couple of years ago and has seen Zambia use Kappa of Italy in that transitional period over the last one year.
FAZ general secretary Ponga Liwewe disclosed that the deal is for two years but financial details of the package were not revealed.
“The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) is pleased to announce that it recently concluded negotiations with MAFRO to become a new kit sponsor of the Zambia National team,” Ponga said.
“The kit sponsorship deal between FAZ and MAFRO is for a 2-year period.
“As an Association we are proud that this deal has been unveiled when the junior Chipolopolo participates in the 2017, South Korea U-20 Fifa World Cup.”
This Mafro second deal on the local front.
Mafro have been dressing Nkana for the last two seasons.

Thanks Chris and Dr Ng’anga, appreciate it. Now I can safely say ” congratulations Super boys” !
How much is the deal worth? 2 years is okay…but please get the big sponsors after that 2 years. I have never heard of this company and google stating its a Chinese company.
This kit looks like cheap quality stuff. It’s fit for club level not National status level
