3. Why not expoorting mealie meal instead of maize.
   We do export maize to Zimbabwe and Zimbabwe exports maize by-product to Zambia from our own maize. Logic can tell us that we sell maize to Zimbabwe at a cheaper price than that price reflecting on transaction paper.
