    • You a moron jay jay who is hell bent on criticising this Government and anyone serving in it.
You a mental midget who is in a tailspin.

Chanda is twice the man you ever will be.

Well done chanda and keep on the work you are doing.

      Thanks

    • This is one very dull bemba,,, please good bemba get rid of his genes don’t let him pollute your good genes

    • @Mushota I see Jay Jay has ignored you! Attack him on the subject not on the person. And this advice is for us all!

    • THIS PRESENTATION HAD A LOT OF VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION. BUT TO MY SURPRISE I COULDN’T BELIEVE THE THE POOR LIGHTING, POOR VIDEO AND SOUND RECORDING, POOR EDITING OF THE VIDEO WHICH TRIVIALISED THE WHOLE FUNCTION. IS ZAMBIA THE ONLY COUNTRY IN AFRICA WHERE TECHNOLOGY IS STILL UN AFFORDABLE. EVEN THE DRESSING OF THE MAIN SPEAKER WAS NOT BUSINESS-LIKE. HE ALSO KEPT ON GOING BACK AND FORTH TO HIS FEEDING BOTTLE AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY OF A COMMA AND FULL STOP AS IF WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT WASN’T IMPORTANT. OK, IF THE VIDEO, ROOM LIGHTING AND SOUND QUALITY WERE OF MINIMUM STANDARDS I COULD HAVE IGNORED OTHER THINGS.

    • He has no qualities of a Presidential spokesperson. He is all over the show. We have better people to this Job. His body language is of a thief. He can’t even explain issues at hand.

    • This guy lisaka drinking beer with a stroll Uubomba mwibala alya mwibala
Ba Zambia what have you done to the country awe kwena ba koswe baleteka

  1. Arnt we supposed to be addressed by the president?I dont know, what is going on?What is Amos’s role mwebantu? Is he not just supposed to come and regurgitate what the president has told him to say?He is actually giving his own opinion in this video. Please those of you in government, tell us is this that we have just watched how things are supposed to be?Please dont insult just want to be enlightened.

    • Mailon he thinks he is a politician. He is a civil servant. He is an assistant to the President.

  2. Amos is very articulate and intelligent, he understands all functions of Governments and uses economic terms, political terms , Engineering terms etc correctly and accurate. He should be considered for a ministyrial position , before 2021 then 2026 the boy can be PRESIDENT OF ZAMBIA

  3. He does not sound like a spokeperson delivering a message or view of the President. Sounds like he is laying out his own policy perspective. He mentioned Mwanakatwe a few times….the woman just took office. You can’t tell me she has already shared her policy direction with the Presidential spokes-person. He also has some air about him which makes him sound like a politician and not a civil servant. I thought George Chellah was bad but this seems to be another level all together!

  4. Amos, that is his place were he is good at with ka beer aside and giving a speech, my foot, useless ba Koswe party.

    • So anything that had a brownish colour is beer…that is interesting…Zambians are now using strolls to drink their beer…!

  5. I’d fire him immediately. The world and the IMF will be seeing this as Zambia’s official response to the negotiation. President please do something (let the go of this man-child). Even if you disagree with IMF there are ways of communicating your views. Not like this. And China is not a solution (our children/grand children will be in perpetual indebtedness). We need to increase local manufacturing and agricultural capacity in order to create employment and ultimately collect taxes. We can do it!

    • Yes we can do it… but personally I think joint venture directly with Chinese companies and banks can expedite manufacturing companies.

The debt contracted will be lower and if I head a section Amos explaining correctly, it seems to me any form of construction going on in Zambia will be financed via loan by banks in China directly to these companies in a form of partnership.

Personally, I think in principal this is a good idea… but we have had many black marks with this government that makes one cross one’s fingers.

  6. Africans have no standards. All this has become acceptable in Edgar Lungu’s government. I fail to understand us Africans. Look at Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore you will see that we really suck at everything progressive.

    • @ citizen

Do you realise that WHOLE of Zambian Government Executive would be arrested, prosecuted, convicted and jailed in Singapore?

  7. Drinking constantly while talking and also filming official government statements pa mobile phone??? My gosh
