Nothing wrong with sending Wynter Kabimba to represent Government at the burial of President Atta Mills in Ghana

1. Why are we always petty. Some countries did not even send delegations to our funeral. Let us move on with life and developmental issues.

   • PF has lost it on this….instead of explaining why SUMMER is abusing tax payer’s cash ,SAKENI  chooses to be petty.Kabimba is not an MP and is not a government official. simply put, Kabimba is a Party cadre. Given does have, so does Guy, and Kambwili, and Shamenda, and Kapata, and all the MP’s that were voted for by Zambians. A Zambian government official was more appropriate as he represents the nation rather than a party official as this raises suspicions concerning the funding of the trip and brings about conflict of interest. One thing is clear that the PF party secretary general seems to be having a lot of power  than most government officials which should not be the case in a democratic dispensation. In a communist regime or socialist regime like during Kaunda’s one party state such is expected. However MMD party abused government resources as well and this explains why you are broke barely a year after leaving office.

    • Muleke ukupepa ichamba. They were turned away because they were not registered for official protocol.. Only Kabimba was accreditated as a VVIP as they are called!! Its not being mistreated. They were not accredited as govt representatives. They went as private citizens!! And the govt of Ghana has nothing to do with that!

44. Kabimba is a PF functionary not a government officer…how on earth does he head a government delegation with ministers in it?! The problem is that Sata is mentally stuck to UNIP’s one party democracy where the Party and Its Government (PIG) was supreme.

    Kabimba being third in protocol at state functions is unconsitutional; Kabimba has never been sworn-in and no where in our constitution is his position mentioned; kABIMBA does not have a constituency of zambians to claim leadership over them. he is a leader of pf and pf is not zambia. i, for one never voted for pf or kabimba and how then does he become my leader today????????????????????????????????????????????????????
