Nkana defender Warren Kunda is thrilled to join FAZ Super League side Konkola Mine Police on a one-year loan deal.
Of late, Kunda has been struggling to command a place in the Nkana starting line up.
The lanky central defender said he was grateful that Nkana have allowed him to move to Mine Police ahead of the 2014 FAZ Super League season that starts this Saturday.
“I think the move to Konkola Mine Police is great, as you are aware, I was not having much game time at Nkana so I requested for a loan move,” Kunda said.
He plans to go back to Nkana to fight for a position in he team once his loan deal at Mine Police expires.
“I am looking foward to gettiIng back at Nkana to prove myself,” Kunda added.
He was a key member of the Nkana squad that was coached by Linos Makwaza between 2010 and 2012

You are at it again!!!!!!!!!!! Doubting Nkana’s capacity to win Zamaleki. The game will be played in the pitch and either team can win. This is the name of game. Nkana has good chances just like Zamaleki having played for sometime in the same competition. But your negativity towards Nkana is something I do not understand Anyoko. Pettiness Anyoko. Even big clubs like man u loan player,ba power has loaned ,chris,arrows Bruce….it doesn’t mean that a club is broke when they loan a player sometimes its a way of keeping the active….
