Lusaka Magistrate Arida Chulu has found Former Game stores Manager, Maduramuthoo Palan with a case to answer.
This is in a matter where Palan is accused of having sexually harassed a Former Game Stores employee Mwila Mukamuluti.
Speaking when she delivered the ruling , Magistrate Chulu said that she has decided to put Mr Palan on his defence because the State had made its case.
She then ordered that Mr Palan must be informed on defending himself because it is his right .
Palan through his Lawyer Lubinda Linyama informed the court that he will bring one or two witnesses.
The Matter has since been adjourned to October 27th, 2015 .
