What’s the big deal? So many leaders have been to the Vatican over the decades. This Pope alone has seen more than ten. He has also already visited others in their own countries – e.g. he has already been to Uganda, Kenya and the Central African Republic. Pope John Paul II visited about 129 countries during his reign. Its a Vatican tradition to have dialogue with as many leaders as possible – about peace, compassion, e.t.c though we know how ‘stinking’ rich the catholic church is, itself. Nothing special about Lungu being there and sitting before the Pope looking like a small catholic boarding schoolboy making a theft confession.
