Until the Petition is heard,determined and the Court declares Lungu a Winner and he is re-sworn in ,he will remain an illegitimate President. Lungu will not be recognized by most Zambians as a democratically,legally and Constitutionally elected and inaugurated President until he is declared by the Court. As of now Lungu is a PF and ECZ appointed President.Period.
The courts has NO powers to declare a winner. Secondly your stupid petition will never be heard because it’s expired according to the constitution. Which law are you going to use to have your stupid petition heard. Mind you it’s only concourt which can handle that. Your petition was thrown out. Stop exposing your dullness in public.
