   • Powerful speech from HE the president of Zambia. Those applause you heard were telling you that there’s sense and vision in the speech by your president.
     Meanwhile magufuli has suspended a newspaper for insulting him.

   • A poor and badly written speech?? He can’t read from a Teleprompter?? Still in paper concept yet talking about Technology and Climate change. Lungu is a bad public speaker.

7. This is a very wrong man to talk about the rule of law because he has abused it from A to Z . He is now using the law and the police to lock up his opponents for speaking up against his mismanagement of the economy. He has shredded the rule book on the rule of law and replaced it with Tavern mentality from his rubbish advisers .

8. His mannerisms during his speech looked like someone in pain ,discomfort or constipated .The speech didn’t match the reality of the situation in the country he is enriching himself through dodgy road constructions deals and fire tender vans.

9. Well done President ECL. English is not your first language nor a language you are comfortable with but the message in the content of your speech nailed it. Addressing child marriage, rule of law and the participation of the Commonwealth in the state of affairs between the current government and main opposition at a UN meeting is commendable to you. Keep working at it Sir, we are behind any progress you make, it is my country too, after all is said and done.

10. Of what importance is this coming from an inconsquential clueless figure? Zambia’s wasted years, wasted time and resources at the UN, and wasted space.

11. What about this facial expression? Like he has just seen amafi! Or has just taken a chishupu cho nunkha!

12. The other guy will never stand on this platform. He can go back to South Africa and speak to those he plans to sell Zambia to!

13. UPND is a waste! Wants to disrupt Zambia but it will not succeed! He should go and address Namwala and Itezhi Tezhi constituency!
