National League side Jumulo Football Club has announced that head coach Zimiseleni Moyo has signed an improved contract to remain at the club.
Club president Julius Lombe said the Zimbabwean has agreed to a two-and-a-half-year deal.
“We are happy that coach Zimiseleni Moyo has agreed to extend his stay. He has signed an improved two-year, six-month contract,” Lombe said.
“The team did well last season when he joined us, and we believe it will perform even better in the transitional league next season with him at the helm,” he added.
Moyo joined Jumulo last season with the team on nine points after 12 games and fighting relegation.
Under his charge, the side won six, drew 10 and lost three to finish 10th with 42 points.
The former Zesco United defender’s previous contract expired recently, but the club moved quickly to retain him.
