The appointment of 14 DC’s not a good move by President Lungu

President Lungu

The appointment of 14 District Commissioners (DC) for Southern Province by His Excellency Mr. Edgar Chagwa Lungu exhibits a sense of loss of direction in terms of the Country Economical situation. Zambia is currently faced with serious challenges economically and the President does not seem to be alive to the economical red light that is flashing.

No Direction

The biggest problem with the President Lungu is lack of clear governance and policy strategy on how to sort out the problems facing our Country. Since he came into power, President Lungu has not shown the country what he stands for (Governance) and where he is leading the Country (Policy direction). He is like a substitute who joins a match in the second half without a game plan. Such a player would hardly perform or be noticed by the spectators.

When the late President Chiluba (FTJ) took office in 1991, he immediately came out and told the nation what his game plan was – Structural Adjustment Programme (SAP). He asked people to brace themselves for harsh times of Privatization to revamp the economy. The economy at that time was far worse than what we have at the moment but within a short time the gears of SAP were engaged and things started turning around.

When Mwanawasa came in, he also took us through his plan – “New Deal”. Mwanawasa wanted to curtail the corrupt deals cut in the selling of Companies during Chiluba rule, then get the best deals for Zambians. In no time, our economic ratings improved and we managed to clinch the Heavily Indebted Poor Countries (HPIC) deal.

President Rupiah Banda came in and got dazzled with power and brought back corruption. Instead of setting up a game plan, he enjoyed the flattery of the cadres and engaging corrupt companies brought to him by his son. He did not set an agenda for the Country which made him lose the elections in 2011 to President Sata.

President Sata came in and pronounced his over ambitious infrastructural development and fighting the corruption of President Banda’s rule. In no time, the Country was filled with dust of roads and other infrastructure contractions. Districts where created like villages with no headmen; Lawyers were busy cashing-in by defending RB and other former government officials.

[pullquote]Since 1991, State House has never been so busy with swearing-in ceremonies has it has been since President Lungu took office[/pullquote]
The point is not whether any of the policy direction taken by our former Presidents worked or not, but setting a Country to a particular goal which President Lungu has not done. Setting this up a strategic plan helps to make appropriate decisions and measure performance, among other things.

One wonders how President Lungu intends to reduce on the current budget deficit while the Finance Minister is still doing trials and errors on a number of policies.

Instead of fixing the current fiscal stress, the President is busy making unnecessary political appointment. Since 1991, State House has never been so busy with swearing-in ceremonies has it has been since President Lungu took office. Unfortunately these people are not going to work for free, rather they are going to increase on budget deficit.

Debt

At the time when we are supposed to be saving money to pay for the EUROBONDS and other maturing debts, the Government is still busy borrowing even on unnecessary expenditure such as security equipment. Zambia is very peaceful that buying of security equipment should not be a priority to borrow for, rather poverty levels should be the concern of the government.

Country is at total loss on how to create employment for our youths who are the majority of the population at about 52%.

Unemployment

On the supply side of employment, we have more than 250, 000 of graduates being offloaded on the market every year while on the demand side we have very little investment to absorb the job-seekers.

To make the situation more hopeless, most of our graduates are not fully skilled to take up the few jobs available, so the few skilled people keep changing jobs without retiring supported by the high retirement age

A lot of businesses are on the verge of collapsing due to lack of business because there are very few people with buying power.

Trade deficit

Recently Centre for Trade Policy and Development (CTPD) expressed concern on Zambia’s trade performance in the first quarter of 2015. CTPD revealed that the our Trade deficit shot up to by 189%, from ZMW 202.7 million in February 2015 to K310 million in March 2015. What are the quick remedies to curb such alarming situations?

While we are doing well in some agriculture produce our crop marketing is very disorganized with little or no value addition.

Mining

The Country is at loss on Mining policies and control triggering stress on our foreign exchange since copper is our major foreign earner.

Elections are coming next year but it is not too late, President Lungu can still devise his strategic plan which can take him into the elections and campaign on that. He (President Lungu) needs to get back to Mfwe with his think tanks then come out with a blue print which he should come and present to the citizens at a Press Conference, with The Zambian Voice invited.

THE Patriotic Front (PF) says Zambian Voice executive director Chilufya Tayali’s sudden change of heart on the K14 million Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ) loan and the tribunal constituted to investigate suspended Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Mutembo Nchito is not a coincidence but allegedly a scheme to sway the public from the allegations levelled against Mr Nchito.

PF vice-chairperson, media and publicity committee Sunday Chanda said Mr Tayali’s attacks on Mr Justices Annel Silungwe, Matthew Ngulube and Ernest Sakala are allegedly calculated and aimed at blackmailing the courts.

“Mr Tayali fought hard to be joined to the DBZ K14 million loan scandal in which High Court judge Nigel Mutuna ruled that Mr Nchito, his business partner Fred M’membe and Mr Nchima Nchito had obtained the loan by fraudulent misrepresentation.

“It is easy to construe that each time he (Mr Tayali) opens his mouth to speak, there is an invisible hand dictating to him what to say,” Mr Chanda said.

He said Mr Tayali should be reminded that Zambians will not rest until justice is done.
“Mr Tayali can, therefore, do some soul-searching because without sounding prophetic, a time is coming when Mr Tayali will reject his actions,” he said.

And the International Institute of Democracy and Conflicts Resolution (IIDCR) has challenged Mr Tayali to swear an affidavit and prove allegations that former President Rupiah Banda is corrupt.

IIDCR president Tresford Chomba said it is unfair for Mr Tayali to defame people without providing evidence before relevant law enforcement agencies.

Mr Chomba said this in a letter dated May 27, 2015 addressed to Mr Tayali and availed to the Daily Mail yesterday.

“The IIDCR has taken keen interest in your recent revelations and continued insistence that former President Rupiah Banda is corrupt and a selfish man and that you are ready to prove the aforesaid allegations before the courts of law.

“Further, you have alleged that Mr Mutembo Nchito’s tribunal outcome was known and was merely set to fix our embattled Director of Public Prosecutions. You have also gone ahead to enjoin Richard Sakala, the proprietor of Daily Nation newspaper, as being behind the crafting of the aforesaid tribunal to fix the learned lawyer as the latter prosecuted him.

“You have also called for the recusal of justices Ngulube and Sakala for what you have termed to be bias,” the letter reads in part.

Mr Chomba said Mr Tayali should prove his allegations to enable the public to make informed decisions.

He said it is wrong for Mr Tayali to issue blatant statements in the media without substantiating his allegations.

Kalaba markets Zambia’s potential to US investors

MINISTER of Foreign Affairs Harry Kalaba and his delegation have spent time in Los Angeles discussing potential investment and marketing Zambia’s conducive business climate.

The minister visited Preferred Freezer Services, Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.

At Preferred Freezer Services, a cold storage-based business with an international presence in China and Vietnam, Mr Kalaba encouraged the company to consider coming to Zambia and forge business partnerships.

He told directors at the firm that Zambia is centrally located and boasts of a wide market due to its membership to the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa, Southern African Development Community and the Great Lakes Region.

The said Zambia seems to be at the epicentre of economic activities in Africa and is, therefore, the best place for investment for any company that wants to expand worldwide.

Preferred Freezer Services have been offering modern, full service temperature-controlled warehouses in the United States since 1989 and is the largest public refrigerated warehousing company in the world.

Sales manager Ron Viola told the minister that Preferred Freezer Services operates 35 facilities in nine regions within the US with more than 1,300 employees and close to US$200 million in sales. The firm has over 61 million cubic metres warehouse space.

“Our company was founded in New Jersey in 1989 and has expanded with an international presence in Shanghai, China, and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam,” Mr Viola said.

And at Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, Mr Kalaba said Zambia has continued on the path to economic development.

He told the board of advisors that Zambia acknowledges the importance of building and nurturing relationships with the county of Los Angeles.

Mr Kalaba also informed potential investors that Zambia is recognised as one of the most peaceful countries in the world.

“Government has identified key growth sectors and these are, agriculture, tourism, construction and manufacturing. These sectors have a high requirement for labour and a potential for employment creation,” he said adding that: “Zambia is seeking forming of synergies in areas with potential for employment creation.”

Mr Kalaba further said Zambia is the world’s eighth largest producer of copper, which accounts for 70 percent of export earnings.

He said copper is exported in its raw form and, therefore, the country is looking for investment that could bring value to the commodity.

He also appealed to the Los Angeles Board of Supervisors to consider twinning the county of LA with Lusaka.

Later, during a meeting with the Chamber of Commerce, the minister said Zambia is diversifying and moving away from a copper-dependent economy.

Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce president Gary Toebben thanked Mr Kalaba and his delegation for the visit.

Mr Toebben, who was impressed with Zambia’s profile, said there were a lot of US companies looking for investment opportunities.

He expressed hope that Zambia’s envoys in the US will make follow-ups with his company so as to build on and actualise some of the issues that were discussed.

MTN share offer raises dust, CEO summoned by LuSE

mtn

Mobile phone operator MTN Zambia’s planned listing of its 11.9 percent shares through Ikulileni Investment Plc is now a subject of an internal investigation by the Lusaka Stock Exchange after questions were raised over the suspicious manner in which the transaction has been handled.

Early this month, Ikulileni Investment Plc which owns 11.9 percent of MTN Zambia announced that it has offered 27,061, 057 shares of par value K0.01 and offer price K26.50 on the LuSE.

Ikulileni Investment Plc valued the company at as much as $97 million and the offer opened on Monday 4th May and will close on Friday 29th May 2015 with Tuesday 16th June 2015 set as the listing date.

The decision by MTN to list on the LuSE is aimed at fulfilling a licencing requirement by ZICTA which has compelled all foreign owned mobile phone companies to at least offer 12 percent shares for public ownership.

But information has emerged that Ikulileni Investment Plc is infact owned by people close to MTN Zambia including Board Chairman Valentine Chitalu and Chief Executive Officer Abdul Ismail.

According to records at PACRA, other shareholders in Ikulileni are former Stanbic Bank Zambia Managing Director Larry Kalala, FSG Zambia Chairman Padmore Muleya and Diamond Insurance Chairman Arthur Ndhlovu.

PACRA records further shows that another local company called CCM Telecoms owned by Mr Chitalu and Superior Milling Chairman Caleb Mulenga owns Ikulileni Investments.

Others are Corpus Globe and Munyati Buffalo Zambia.

The entire transaction is believed to have been structured by Lusaka lawyer Lewis Mosho of Lewis Nathan Associates who is at the centre of the Shoprite shares saga which is now in court.

Mr Mosho who was last year investigated by the Drug Enforcement Commission for allegedly selling 2,220,897 Shoprite shares worth US$10million on the LuSE without the company’s authority or consent from the year 2005- 2011 was paid in the region of K200, 000 as transaction adviser and book runner.

But another Lusaka lawyer Mulenga Fube has written to MTN demanding that the share offer be halted as it lacks transparency.

In a letter copied to LuSE and the Securities Exchange Commission, Mr Fube said the listing is fictitious and suspicious and against the spirit of empowering local people.

He has since warned that he would seek an injunction from the Lusaka High Court to halt the listing.

Meanwhile, insiders at LuSE have revealed that MTN Zambia CEO Abdul Ismail has been summoned by management at LuSE to explain the relationship between MTN and Ikulileni on Thursday, May 28 2015 at 10 Hours.

Sources at LuSE say management is under pressure from the Board to explain how it approved the transaction which they feel is dubious.

Many industry experts have been wondering why MTN used a special investment vehicle called Ikulileni which was only registered in October 2014 to list the shares when its rival Airtel went to the LuSE directly.

Some feel that the Directors at MTN want to use Ikulileni to raise additional funds and pay their own huge bonuses and bar minority shareholder from having direct access to MTN.

This would evidently mean that Zambian shareholders in Ikulileni who will be duped into believing they own shares in MTN will have no say on the running of the telecoms giant as they will only be made to deal with Ikulileni.

MTN Zambia is now the country’s largest telecoms company with 51.4 percent share of the mobile telecommunications market with over 5 million subscribers as at end of December 2014.

Unsafe abortions increasing maternal deaths-First Lady

FIRST Lady Esther Lungu has observed that unplanned pregnancies among women and girls are resulting into unsafe abortions which are among factors increasing maternal deaths.

Ms Lungu said lack of family planning coupled with little education among women in rural areas was higher than those in the urban, which required awareness campaigns.

In a speech read for her by Transport, Works, Supply and Communications Minister Yamfwa’s wife, Elizabeth, in Choma yesterday at launch of national Safe Motherhood Week, Ms Lungu called for family planning and expectant mothers to deliver from hospitals.

This year’s commemoration was held under the theme ‘Woman’s dignity begins when Fistula ends’.

“I urge all of you, to have a determined spirit in realising the need to leave our comfort zones and run to deliver quality safe motherhood interventions in our communities,” she said.

Ms Lungu said delays in decision making at community and house levels led to a number of deaths during pregnancies because women also delayed to access health services.

“It has been noted that women only attend antenatal care if they develop complications. Sometimes these complications could be at an advanced stage that health workers are unable to save lives,” she said.

A situation analysis conducted in Zambia showed that about 500 women develop fistula every year and more than 200 women were living with fistula.

In addressing such challenges, Government, was implementing safe motherhood interventions services such as recruiting trained health personnel and providing access to family planning.

United Nations Population Fund country representative Mary Otieno assured of affirmative support to Government to realise the goal of providing quality health services.

Southern Provincial Minister Nathaniel Mubukwanu said the national launch of Safe Motherhood in the province should encourage women to access health services from hospitals.

HH’s cattle graze crop fields of about 140 families in Kauwe Village

VILLAGERS in Kauwe village in chief Nyawa’s area of Kazungula District in Southern Province are demanding that United Party for National Development (UPND) leader Hakainde Hichilema (HH) to compensates them for crop damage caused by his animals in the area.

But when contacted for comment, Mr Hichilema regretted the destruction of crops but added that cases of human animal conflicts in villages were very normal and that there was nothing new in the particular issue.

Area ward development chairperson Owen Matale said that about 140 families in Kauwe had their crops damaged by HH’ s cattle which strayed and grazed in peoples fields around the area.

Mr Mutale was speaking in Kauwe Village on Tuesday when the villagers called for dialogue with Kazungula District Administrative Officer Goretti Bbalo to register some of the challenges the area was faced with.

He said there was crop damage and encroachment of HH’s animals which had multiplied in huge numbers over the years.

“We want to see how HH is going to compensate the farmers here because the population of his animals has grown and his cattle have been terrorizing people’s fields in the area and this might lead to starvation in the area coupled with poor harvest due to poor rainfall,” Mr Matale said.

Area farmers union Chairperson Aaron Maketo also said that there was need to reconsider the boundary of Mr Hichilema’s farm in the area because the fence that was put around the farm was depriving the local people access to a stream which was a major source of water for the villagers and their animals.

Mr Maketo said villagers wanted the fence to be drawn back about 100 meters outside the stream which was currently enclosed in Mr Hichilema’s farm.

“People here depend on that stream for water, the unfortunate part is that it has been fenced inside Mr H.Hs farm and we feel that is an encroachment. So we demand that relevant authorities come and revisit where the beacons for his farm are supposed to be put,” Mr Maketo said.

Mr Maketo said his committee has approached Mr H.H over these matters and he has promised them before that a solution would be found, but no favorable response was forth coming.

He said it was for this reason that villagers were now seeking the indulgence of government to see how they could be assisted in resolving especially the issue of encroachment into the only stream in the area.

And acting Kazungula DC Ms Bbalo in the company of area Council Secretary Winstone Kasonkomona said the land in question was customary land which Mr Hichillema might have been given by their traditional leadership.

Ms Bbalo said government was however concerned and committed to ensure that these issues were resolved and were it was within their jurisdiction, something would definitely be done.

But in an interview yesterday, Mr Hichilema said such human animal conflicts in villages were very normal and that there was nothing new in this particular issue.

Mr Hichilema said it was regrettable that people’s crops were damaged by his animals and that it was not the first time such a thing was happening, but was quick to mention that there were people on the ground in the area who were sorting out the issues.

He said animals do not think and that these conflicts were supposed to be expected and in village set ups were animals stray and eat in people’s fields.

“I am aware of this situation in Kauwe and am very sympathetic with the affected families, but there are people on the ground who are trying to resolve these issues and am hopeful that a solution shall be found,” Mr Hichilema said.

Sweden unblocks aid to Zambia’s health sector

13

The Swedish government has released about 400 million Sweden Kroners (sek), which amounts to US$47.3 million, meant to improve the health sector in Zambia.

The money will be directed to projects which will help reduce mortality rates among mothers and babies, as well as reproductive health challenges in the country.According to the agreement with the Swedish government, Zambia will first receive an initial 69 million Kroners for a programme that will run for about four years.

The programme will start this year up to 2019 and it will focus on reproductive, maternal, neo-natal, child and adolescent health.

This is contained in a statement released to ZANIS in Lusaka today by the Zambian Embassy in Stockholm, Sweden.

The release of this money signifies the end of the Swedish government’s six year-long health aid freeze to Zambia after some concerns were raised by Sweden regarding the financial misapplication, which has since been changed and revived.

The Swedish government has however hoped that under the leadership of President Edgar Lungu, the aid will go towards saving infants and mothers as intended by the donor country.
The assistance from the Swedish government is being extended to Zambia jointly with the department for international development DFID, the development arm of the United Kingdom following President Lungu’s popular poll on 20th January, 2015.

Gender and Child Development Minister Nkandu Luo has urged the media to desist from publishing pictures of naked girls simply to make profits.

Professor Luo says it is unacceptable and morally wrong for the media to continue being excited with nude pictures of young girls in whatever circumstance.

She states that the media has a responsibility to safeguard the rights of the girl child by protecting their identity and never to expose them to the public regardless of the situation.

Professor Luo says she will not hesitate to condemn any media house that will be found wanting stating that Zambian girls ought to be respected regardless of their status in society.

She adds that it is also imperative for journalists to be highly professional and ethical whenever they interview children especially girls.

Professor Luo notes that there are a number of success stories which the media can do about girls who have excelled succeeded even after encountering negative situations in their life time.

PF is in a hurry to grow Agricultural sector – Lubinda

Kabwata Member of Parliament GIVEN LUBINDA
Kabwata Member of Parliament GIVEN LUBINDA

Agriculture and Livestock Minister Given Lubinda says the Patriotic Front government is in a hurry to grow the agriculture sector.

Mr Lubinda was speaking in Chongwe today when he officiated at the launch of the future farm project by AGCO in collaboration with other partners which see agricultural players bringing their respective expertise together to develop a sustainable food production system to increase farm output by using Africa’s agricultural resources more effectively.

Mr. Lubinda says government believes agriculture can only grow if the private sector is given the opportunity to participate fully in the sector and is thus promoting a liberal economy where individuals can participate freely.

He says government has also maintained an open door policy were it is willing to listen and take risks for the sake of creating an enabling environment for investment and private sector growth.

Mr Lubinda has called on players in the agriculture sector to do away with personal egos by working with other stakeholders.

He says government believes that even the smallest producers have the role to play in growing the agriculture sector.

Mr. Lubinda adds that government stands ready to partner with anyone in growing the agriculture sector.

And AGCO senior vice president and general manager Rob Smith says Africa holds the key to meeting global agricultural challenges if the continent continues to develop a vision for agriculture that combines the expertise of the private industry sector, the support of governments and the knowledge of local communities.

Dr. Smith says the future farm project will help to empower local communities to develop a sustainable food production system to increase farm productivity by implementing modern farming techniques.

And Agriculture and Livestock Minister Given Lubinda has appealed to farmers not to panic over the yet to be announced maize flow price for this year’s marketing season.

Mr. Lubinda has told QFM News in an interview that farmers should instead take advantage of the anticipated shortfall in maize supply in the sub region to make profit.

He explains that if he announces the maize floor price now, this is likely to dampen the price of maize at a time when there is a projected shortfall in maize production in the sub region.

Mr. Lubinda has however assured farmers that the Food Reserve Agency will buy maize from farmers at fair price enough in order to motivate them.

Nothing good will come out of Parliament on constitution – Saunders

29

Daunte Saunders speaking at the UPND news conference
Daunte Saunders

Political Activist Dante Saunders has questioned the motive behind the PF government’s decision to take constitution amendments to Parliament where they have a majority.

Mr. Saunders says what people must understand is that anything that goes to Parliament will be in the favour of the government considering that the ruling party has a majority of seats in the house with some opposition Members of Parliament on their side.

Mr. Saunders says nothing good can come out of Parliament which reflects the wishes and aspirations of the people.

DANTE SHe has emphasized that there is need to ensure that the Bill of Rights is enshrined in the constitution as well as ensure that the powers of the Republican President are reduced.

He adds that whatever the PF government does with regards the constitution, they should also make sure that some public institutions such as the Zambia Police, Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC), Electoral Commission of Zambia (ZEC), Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) and other key institutions are given the powers to operate freely without interference.

Mr. Saunders further states that if government insists on taking constitution amendments to Parliament, they should also ensure that the Public Order Act is also revisited to suit the current situation in the country so that people will freely meet without being harassed by the Police.

Mr. Saunders has lamented that 50 years after independence Zambia is still using what he has termed as a ‘European Document’ that does not reflect the wishes of the people.

Zambia beat Ghana in Cosafa ‘leftovers’ semifinal clash

15

Zambia made up for Sunday’s 2015 Cosafa Cup quarterfinal loss on Wednesday when they beat Ghana 3-0 in consolation Plate semifinal at Royal Bafokeng Stadium in Rustenburg.

All three goals came in the first half of the match as Zambia redeemed themselves for their 5-4 post-match penalty loss to Namibia after a scoreless draw.

Striker Bornwell Mwape blasted in the first goal from close-range in the 24th minute after Ghana’s defenders failed to deal with a Jackson Mwanza corner.

Defender Aaron Katebe side-footed the second in the 29th minute when he turned in a downward header from Mwanza.

The goal was the ex-Afrisports defender’s first in a Zambia shirt after nine caps for the player from FC Platinum in Zimbabwe.

Captain Nathan Sinkala marked his debut Cosafa Cup match with a goal when he whipped in one of his trademark rocketing shots in the 41st minute.

Ghana stepped on the gas after the break but Zambia held on to ensure they saved face after failing to defend the Cosafa Cup.

Zambia will face either Malawi or 2015 Cosafa Cup hosts South Africa in the Plate final on Friday at the same venue.

Bafana and The Flames were in action in the second kickoff at the same venue for a place in the May 29 Plate final.

“Many African countries have clear visions for development but what they lack are solid delivery vehicles for their development aspirations, this is the gap you are requested to help in filling” he said.

“Institutions of development, with support from the ADB, have the potential to stamp a deep footprint on enterprise growth in the development process of member countries and so require facility support,” said the Minister.

Opposition UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema yesterday continued his countrywide tours with a visit to George and Chunga Compounds in Lusaka’s Matero Constituency.

And Matero residents said they were happy to have seen Mr. Hichilema in person and sharing their hardships as opposed to just hearing about him.

Mr. Hichilema, who toured the two Katambala markets in Matero, said it was unacceptable for people to be trading in such inhuman conditions and called on the PF government to immediately upgrade and improve the markets and trading areas making them fit for human use.

The UPND leader visited some garbage dump sites where he called on local authorities to collect the garbage that has remained uncollected for days under the PF led council. He asked government to immediately clean up the areas to avoid people contracting diseases such as Cholera and Typhoid.

He also called on the local UPND leadership to work closely with the Matero residents in assisting where possible, and equally promised to do his part.

And Matero residents that lined-up and mobbed Mr. Hichilema when he entered their markets, shops, and their homes said they were excited to have seen the UPND leader in their locality. That way they will be sure that when he becomes President, he will have a full appreciation of their problems.

The traders also bitterly complained about the PF’s policy to taxing residents over their properties and houses saying the economy was already biting them.

The marketeers and traders complained to Mr. Hichilema that they ended up throwing away their perishable goods such as vegetables, because there were no customers as people had no money.

The residents said they were particularly touched that Mr. Hichilema visited the garbage site which had uncollected garbage which was a source of concern to the traders.

The UPND leader also met with UPND constituency officials where he received more than 200 defectors majority from the ruling PF with others coming from MMD.

Mr. Hichilema told the UPND members countrywide to embrace new members and immediately integrate them in the various structures of the party and continue recruiting new members.

He concluded his tour by thanking the voters once more and encouraged them not to lose hope as the road to prosperity was clearer now.

Abortion in Zambia:a campaign to reduce numbers of black people

45

abortion1

The heightened campaign to legalise abortion in Zambia is a push by superpowers with the sole purpose is reducing the numbers of black Africa. Depopulation which is ongoing is being done through well coordinated activities through Non-Govermental Organisations. In Zambia e.g Planned Parenthood, Centre for Infectious Disease(CDC), Centre for Infectious Diseases and research In Zambia(CIDRZ) to mention a few.

Health workers are drilled and trained and paid to carry out activities which have been engraved into policy. The plan to depopulate is ongoing highly funded and if we are not carefully the race will disappear. Many methods for depopulation are being used sequentially or spontaneous. These include Genetically Modified food (GMO), chemicals put in food we eat, causing HIV and use of ARVs to change our genetic material and increase disease, injectable vaccines(polio, measles and cancer of the cervix), abortion among other methods.

The key nations behind all these are the big powers and controllers of the big powers. Abortion is one way of saying do not multiply any more. Our multiplying is disturbing their depopulation plans. Big powers have funded abortion through various NGO in Zambia mostly those which have US funding. Among the earliest NGO to start depopulation program is Ku Klux Klan through Planned Parenthood. Their links go back to early 1900’s with an aim to destroy the black race.

These NGOs in Zambia came in the name of ‘helping’ suffering Zambians, so that they can be ‘accepted’ by our society. On the surface the do good things, but in the background, they start their main program.

Example: They will act that they are very concerned in the health of Zambian women, and they will put in all measures to attract women since they are providing women-friendly services, meanwhile they are sterilizing these women. They are actively doing it in Zambia. They pass a policy that all pregnant women are vulnerable to developing Tetanus and should be vaccinated. Meanwhile in the vaccine, they have added HCG which will induce consequent abortions or heart disease or diabetes. Who developed hCG? World Health Organization (WHO) through the funding of the big powers over 20 years research.

They tactically use professionals and government Ministries. If that fails , they armtwist or offer attractive packages. Don’t you wonder why the Health Ministry is highly funded? BUT the funding is linked to specific programs-good programs, but there is always a hidden agenda.

[pullquote]Where on earth have you ever come across a capitalist pouring out money for nothing?[/pullquote]

Where on earth have you ever come across a capitalist pouring out money for nothing? The government structure being used are the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Community development. Thus mainly it is health workers being used because they are presumed to be knowledgeable and hence convincing. They are relatively paid well than government so that their NGOs are attractive.

Among companies in Zambia carrying out depopulation programs which include vaccine preparation and Genetically modifying programs in MONSANTO located in the Lusakas Industrial area. Its distributor company called SANOFI. These two organsiation are heavily funding Zambia Medical Association activities. They are highly funding many activities of doctors, we hear even the Physicians association, so that they can use them to carry out any program of their interest i.e. depopulation.

The Zambia Medical Association executive is silent about this because they have been paid and promised big things.Doctors from department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology e.g Dr.*** are heavily paid through research, which promote abortion. They have exaggerated data to create a bad situation. Infact this doctors must be prosecuted. The doctors who he worked with has links to funding from the big companies in the UK which are racists and abortion advocates. For Dr ***, money is the bottom line. They want to change the current good law on abortion, to make it wide open.

The interviewer (Grevasio Zulu) on ZNBC recently questioned ambitious Aaron Mujajati, the ZMA president about who funds abortion in Zambia. He consiously dodged the questions and created a serpentine face. The former first lady, a pro-abortionist was equally highly paid to carry out abortions and depopulation activities, hence some awards.Using power she created a network. Permanent Secretary of Health, Dr Chikamata (gynaecologist), a close partner, The Permanent Secretary of Manpower division, Dr Velepi Mtonga(gynecologist) is a pro-abortionist ,Kasonka- UTH managing director (gynaecologist), Dr B.Vwalika Head of Department of Gynaecology (gynaecologist).

Zambians please be very careful. For money, some Zambian Professionals are ready to kill, they are ready to shed blood. They are vampires. They all know that in the eyes of the creator, it is wrong. Little do they know that by inducing abortion and causing blood loss, they are feeding the secret societies.

And it may be too late. For those who kill by the sword, die by the sword.

Thanks,
Very concerned citizen of Zambia

When contacted for a comment on the article the ZMA described this article as complete rubbish, malicious and lacking merit.

Disclaimer: The above views are sorely the authors views and not those of Lusakatimes. One doctor’s name in one of the paragraphs has been erased as it violated our ad hominem policy. It is widely known that the former first lady championed the anti cervical cancer vaccine drive in Zambia, however Lusakatimes has not come across any proof that it was linked to abortions or depopulation activities. Zambia has one of the highest incidences of cervical cancer in Africa according to a report.Every coin has two sides and this article has been published for our readers to decide for themselves and make informed choices.
