I pity the Zambian delegation who had no choice but sit through the entire speech and pretend to be paying attention. This would have been a good time to be a delegate from Somalia because then you can just go outside and chew on some khat as soon as ka Lungu takes the podium.
Why not just throw in a towel next year . I doubt if he managed to convince those who were listening to him.
