President Edgar Lungu’s address to UN General Assembly

1. I would have wanted to hear the interview with BBC not this prepared speech.

2. Any bum can read a speech written for him even a parrot can be dictated to…why waste time on this lazy bum Edgar.

3. He looks scared, uncomfortable and too timid. Come on you are the President of Zambia like all the others of their countries; show yourself worth of being a president.

4. I pity the Zambian delegation who had no choice but sit through the entire speech and pretend to be paying attention. This would have been a good time to be a delegate from Somalia because then you can just go outside and chew on some khat as soon as ka Lungu takes the podium.

5. Why not just throw in a towel next year . I doubt if he managed to convince those who were listening to him.

6. Why is he preaching Zambian Kachasu philosophy to a half empty assembly hall?

7. Nice speech – haters will always hate irrespective of what ECL will say and do. It pains some people to know that ECL is holding his own.

8. aaah imwe bantu! Why did people walk out on our president? Why so many empty seats? They dont treat us equally at these UN m=assemblies. They only listen to Europeans and americans. Lets get out of this UN thing
