I will never avenge the injustice meted on me by some individuals in this PF regime

26

By Fred M’membe President of the Socialist Party

Several times, I have been asked if I will avenge the injustice meted on me by some individuals in this regime. My response has been a categorical No. But the question keeps on coming up. Why? Is there fear of vengeance? From who against who? And for what? To achieve what?
Let me make it very, very, very clear: there’s no place for injustice in the mind of a revolutionary, no place at all. There’s no place for vengeance in the heart of a revolutionary. You can be very firm in the struggle, but you can’t do it out of hatred.

We are teaching our members ideas of justice; otherwise, our struggle for a more just, fair and humane Zambia is going nowhere. It is only upon such ideas that a more just, fair and humane society can be achieved and sustained. This can only be achieved based on principles, ideas and ethics. It’s the only way.

We believe in people, in human beings, in their capacity to forge ethics, a consciousness, in their capacity for great sacrifices.
In the course of history, we have seen people die for honour, for values they can understand. Someone instilled them with these values. Let the best human values of justice, fairness and humane ness be instilled in our people.

And our intellectuals can play a very important role in this today, because only people with a certain intellectual development can instill fear in heads of those who conspire and work against justice, fairness and humane ness.

We are convinced that a fascist-like regime will never be established, in any lasting fashion, in our country because our people have traditions, ethics and values that will prevent this. That is why those who want to impose a tinpot dictator and a third term on our people have to resort to lies.

We consider ourselves fortunate for having understood that hatred and prejudice are not political weapons. We have political weapons and, in addition to this, experience has taught us that principles are the best possible political weapons.

Blades Face Ndola United in Copperbelt Cup Final

1

FAZ on the Copperbelt has announced that its Provincial Cup final between Konkola Blades and Ndola United will be played this Saturday at Nkana Stadium in Kitwe.

Konkola are competing in the National Division One League while Ndola are from the Copperbelt Division 1 League.

Copperbelt Division 1 sides Jumulo and Mufulira Blackpool will face-off in the third and fourth match earlier at 13h00 as a curtain raiser to the cup final.

FAZ Copperbelt Chairman Patrick Ndhlovu said the cup final will be followed by an award ceremony in which various teams across all FAZ organised leagues will be honoured.

“The preparations were done a long time ago and we have just been waiting for a go ahead. We are expecting the Copperbelt Minister Honourable Japhen Mwakalombe to be the guest of honour,” Ndhlovu said.

“Where Covid-19 is concerned we need to be very cautious,” said the former Nkana vice president.

Fashion Thrilled With Glasgow Rangers Move

1

Chipolopolo and KV Oostende striker Fashion Sakala is thrilled after agreeing a four-year deal with Scottish champions Rangers.

Sakala, the 24-year-old Zambia international, has signed a pre-contract to move to Ibrox this summer, subject to a work permit and international clearance.

Sakala has scored 13 times in 29 games for Oostende in the Belgian top flight this season.

“They have a great fanbase and a great history, and I believe we will share great memories together,” Sakala was quoted by BBC Sport.

“As a player you always strive to play for others – that is the most important strength which keeps me going. I know that Rangers have great players and I am looking forward to learning from them and delivering.”

Sakala moved to Oostende from Spartak Moscow three years ago and has netted 26 goals in 90 appearances for the Belgian club, where he is a team-mate of on-loan Celtic and Scotland defender Jack Hendry.

Rangers manager Steven Gerrard says the Glasgow club have been tracking the forward “for some time” and are “excited” by his potential.

“He fits our profile and has the attributes to not only thrive in Scotland but on the European stage as well,” added Gerrard.

PF drops two Ministers for Parliamentary Seats in Muchinga Province

The ruling Patriotic Front (PF) has dropped two ministers and the Second Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Mwimba Malama from the list of adopted Parliamentary candidates in Muchinga Province.

One of the ministers that has been left out of the list is Works and Supply Minister Sylvia Chalikosa who is also Mpika Member of Parliament.

Also left out is Muchinga Province Minister Malozo Sichone who is also Isoka Member of Parliament.

Announcing the adoption list in Lusaka yesterday, PF Secretary General Davis Mwila said the party has also dropped three ordinary MPs and have been replaced by new candidates to contest the seats.

Mr. Mwila disclosed that the party has adopted Kalalwe Mukosa in Chinsali Constituency, Yotam Mutayachalo in Chama North constituency and Home Affairs Minister Stephen Kampyongo to re-contest in Shiwang’andu constituency.

Nkana Seek to Relive Good Memories Against Nkwazi

1

Nkana have a date with irony this Wednesday when they host Nkwazi in a FAZ Super Division Week 28 fixture at Nkana Stadium in Kitwe.

The match comes in the midst of Nkana’s nine-match winless drought in which period they have picked up only a draw. .

Ironically, Nkana’s last league win was on February 4 against the team they are hosting this Wednesday, Nkwazi.

Nkana beat Nkwazi 2-0 away in Lusaka but have since then endured nothing but a forgettable 90 days on the domestic front.

Furthermore, the ailing FAZ Super League defending champions also trace their last point to four games ago when Green Buffaloes held them to a 2-2 draw at the same venue in Kitwe.

Meanwhile, Nkana need to get something out of Wednesday’s game especially after losing 3-0 away to Green Eagles last Sunday.

Nkana are second from bottom on 21 points while Napsa Stars and Lumwana Radiants who are just above them in the bottom our relegation zone have 27 and 28 points respectively.

In addition, Nkana have a big Kitwe derby date this Sunday away to archfoes Power Dynamos who have little stress at number four and chasing a 2021/2022 season continental spot.

Zambia Police institutes Investigations on UPND’s Mubita Nawa Video

Zambia Police has said that it has instituted investigations in a video that has gone viral where UPND cadre in the company of UPND presidential assistant for special duties is seen demeaning the Head of State.

Police Spokesperson Esther Mwata Katongo said that the police will investigate the matter to the letter.

In her reaction to the video, Mrs Katongo said that it is unfortunate that politicians can behave in such a manner.

“This is why we always remind politicians to do clean politics,” she said.

“The moment we arrest the people involved in the video, there will be an outcry that the police are victimizing the opposition. But investigations have been instituted,” she said.

And Government Deputy Chief whip Tutwa Ngulube has charged that a UPND cadre, presidential assistance for special duties Mubita Nawa must be arrested for demeaning the Head of State.

Hon Mr Ngulube who is also Patriotic Front (PF) Member of the Central Committee says demeaning a Republican President is treason.
Hon Ngulube says treason is a serious case, therefore, those involved must not be spared.

In an interview, he says the police must not wait for instructions to arrest the perpetrators because they have evidence. The lawmaker says the police have powers to effect an arrest whenever they have evidence at their disposal. Hon Ngulube says the law must take its course on this matter so that such acts must be curbed.

“This time around the police must not even take time to take action on this two,” he said.

“The law is very clear. demeaning the Head of State is not a misdemeanor, it is treason,”.

A video has gone viral on social media were a UPND cadre in company of Mr Nawa was demeaning the Republican President Dr EdgarChangwa Lungu.

John Sangwa petitions ConCourt to make ECZ provide mandatory affidavit form for presidential candidates

Lusaka Lawyer John Sangwa has raised a preliminary petition to compel the Electoral Commission of Zambia to amend the new form of affidavit sworn by Presidential candidates.

Sangwa has argued that the new version of Affidavit for Presidential Candidates/Running Mate has omitted or neglected to include the mandatory requirement of Article 106(3) which compels respondents to swear that ; I have not twice held office as President”.

He has called on the Constitutional Court to compel the ECZ to reinstate this provision as it was a constitutional requirement for the eligibility of presidential candidates to contest in the election.

Heavy investment activities should not threaten environment sustainability – Nakachinda

Government says heavy investment activities must be conducted in a manner that does not threaten the sustainability of the environment.

Minister for Water, Sanitation and Environment Protection, Raphael Nakachinda says for this reason his ministry will ensure that all its projects it is conducting in the country do not threaten the sustainability of the environment that affect climate change and distort vegetation

“There are heavy investments and activities that are taking place here, we have to make sure that whilst there is economic benefit in that regard, those activities continue to be conducted in a manner that does not threaten the sustainability of the environment in order to prevent issues of climate change and distortion of vegetation,” he said.

ZANIS reports that the minister was speaking when he paid a courtesy call on Kalumbila district commissioner Robinson Kalota in Kalumbila District yesterday.

Mr Nakachinda further stated that these activities are also undertaken with the critical resources like water that is drawn from water resources such as surface and ground water, hence the need to be monitored to ensure they are operating within the regulations.

He said government would love to see mining firms partnering with utility companies.

“What is important also is for me to make the pronouncement here that we would love to see that the mining companies work with the utility company to support the utility company and partner with the utility company in providing the critical service of water supply and sanitation,” Mr Nakachinda said.

Mr Nakachinda used the opportunity to appreciate the efforts of the mining firms in the provision of water and sanitation services.

“The efforts that the mining entities have made so far are highly appreciated but I think there is need for us to start facilitating a transfer of those facilities to the utility company so that there is sustainability and the utility company begins to implement its own plans on how best the communities here can be serviced,” Mr Nakachinda said.

He also observed that the district is in dire need of water and sanitation services due to population influx.

“A place like Kalumbila that is growing at a supersonic speed in view of the economic activities here, it places even a higher demand on the ministry and through the ministry, the utility companies and other departments to be able to provide the necessary services for our people here,” Mr Nakachinda said.

Its government’s aim to move from not only having hand pumps in terms of boreholes but to begin to put up water reticulation facilities where people can have piped water managed by utility companies, all in a quest to be able to achieve the vision 2030 that is to have every Zambian have access to clean and safe water.

Meanwhile, Mr Kalota appreciated the minister for visiting the district and shared some challenges regarding water and sanitation in the district.

“We appreciate your visit to our district…we have a planned central business district within Mumbezhi (CBD where the civic centre is at 95 percent completion. We are lobbying through your office to consider our CBD,” he said.

Mr Kalota said the population in the district has increased therefore, posing a huge demand for water and sanitation services.

PART IV: Who’s Who in 2021 Presidential Elections

By Field Ruwe EdD

TOP DRAWERS

Hakainde Hichilema – leader of the United Party for National Development (UPND)

Before I got down to pen this article, I took a knee in protest against tribalism in Zambian politics. This was after reading comments made by PF member Davies Chama back in 2015: “If at all they (UPND) will ever be in power, maybe a 100 years from now, not in my generation, maybe a 1000 years from now. They [Tongas] are polygamous by nature, so maybe as they have more children, they can be history and in power.”

The above abusive and prejudicial language is no different from that of racism, neither is the one uttered by Bizwell Mutale: “Zambia is not ready for a Tonga president in 2021 and beyond. It will never happen;” nor the one by Chishimba Kambwili: “Tongas cannot vote for Jesus if he stood in that part of Zambia on the basis of his tribe.” Kambwili was later linked to a statement in social media that alleged he would eliminate Tongas given the opportunity.

Before I proceed, I must state that in writing this article I assume the air of impartiality. I am not here to endorse or disapprove the candidature of Hakainde Hichilema. I am not a member of UPND, and have never met Hichilema. For certain, I am a citizen of Zambia concerned with the pervasive negative effects of tribalism and the toll it is exacting on Hichilema, a man, who in his own right, dreams of becoming the first Tonga to preside over this beautiful land.

This coming August will be unprecedented. The man who lost in 2016 by 27,757, and who has since made efforts to break out of the tribal circumscribed politics, will be trying to navigate the murky road to State House like he has done the three times he has tried. This time it’s different, his supporters are certain they have exceeded the 2016 deficit and UPND has grown by leaps and bounds. Still, what stands between Hichilema and State House is not so much Edgar Lungu, but the word “Tonga.”

A Tonga Will Never Rule Zambia

Behind this well orchestrated tribalism scheme is President Edgar Lungu and the Patriotic Front. Asked if a Tonga will ever become president, Lungu responded: “One day, a Tonga will rule Zambia, but certainly not the one that’s aspiring now.” The evocation of the word “Tonga” is a euphemism for “A Tonga will never rule Zambia.” A judicious head of state would have put it simply: “I’m above tribal politics. Any Zambian who aspires to be president and wins the hearts of the majority of Zambian voters certainly becomes one.” Lungu, who throughout his reign has not bothered to rekindle the country’s motto “One Zambia, One Nation,” is upholding the long-held maxim that Tongas are unfit to rule Zambia.

Let me ask a couple of questions that are at the heart of this article? Why do Tongas have to endure such abuse with each presidential election? What wrong have Tonga’s done that warrants such mistreatment? How can we allow a head of state to perpetuate politics of divide and rule? How have we come to a point where the head of state tolerates hate mongering and lends a blind eye to the dangers of tribal politics? Does President Edgar Lungu fully understand the dire repercussion of tribalism? One more question: How did we get here?

Kenneth Kaunda and the Seeds of Tribalism

Currently, Zambians are witnessing the worst negative branding and persecution of a presidential candidate in a country that claims to be democratic. Opportunistic political failures Edith Nawakwi and Chilufya Tayali have labeled Hichilema a fraud in their bid to derail his candidacy. In doing so, they have created a vintage recipe for civic chaos, to speak less of a civil war. The explosive accusations have come at a time when UPND members and their leader think they have in the past five years worked tirelessly to capture the hearts of Zambians in their 72 ethnic groups.

Let me dip into a very delicate piece of history that will provide a clue to why tribalism remains Hakainde Hichilema’s Achilles’ heel. Please be advised that I do not mean any disrespect to former President Kenneth Kaunda, this serious matter calls for historical facts. I have taken time to excavate facts shared by historians around the world, some credited at the bottom of this article.

Historical records show that Kaunda contributed to sowing the seeds of tribalism and caused estrangement between Bembas and Tongas. In November, 1953, the visionary and radical Kaunda, a Bemba by birth, accompanied by the Chinsali boys led by the militant Simon Kapwepwe, arrived in Lusaka from Lubwa to assume the post of Secretary General of the ANC led by Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula, a Tonga.

The Kaunda cabal arrived with a sense of entitlement emanating from a feel of incontestable Bemba ethnic supremacy, and Kaunda let Nkumbula know that. When Nkumbula referred to Kaunda as a “Nyasalander meddling in the politics of Northern Rhodesia,” Kaunda quit ANC in 1958 and formed the Zambian African National Congress (ZANC), taking the Bemba militants with him. Henceforth, Tongas and Bembas were at daggers drawn and tribalism became a major factor when Kaunda became president of UNIP in 1959, and also a factor in the outcome of Zambia’s independence.

Although Kaunda preached non-violence, he did not shy away from a bloody fight. Using inflammatory language he attacked Nkumbula full throttle and portrayed him as a womanizer and an alcoholic wreck and his supporters as “idiots,” “simple souls” and “Tonga peasants “whom [Nkumbula] robbed of their money to squander on beer and other immoral ways.” Nkumbula punched back, describing Kaunda and his followers as “poor thieves whose political objective of positioning Bembas in power was to colonize Tongaland.”

As expected the exchange resulted in inter-party bloody clashes between UNIP and ANC. Growing up in Chililabombwe and Chingola before independence, this writer is aware of the frequent clashes between the two parties, involving stoning, beatings, arson, pipe bombs and murders. A UNIP militant was seen as “a person who would inflict harm on a political opponent or rival. Hence the origin of the slogan ‘UNIP is fire and anyone who plays with it gets burnt.’”

Before and after independence, militant Bembas within UNIP vowed never to allow a Tonga become president. Realizing the precarious tribalistic situation he found himself in, Kaunda begun to steer the country toward unity using his slogan “One Zambia, One Nation” as “the basic principle to national construction.” But the die was cast. Tribalism remains latent 57 years later.

Up to this day, non-Tonga politicians continue to whip up long-held animosities and stereotypes against Zambia’s indigenous people. The typical pattern has been to continue to give the Tonga people the undesirable label of tribalist and therefore unworthy of presidential leadership. This year, a desperate president who could lose an election devoid of rigging, is doing just that to cling to power. The question is: For how long can the Tongas tolerate such humiliation? Another: For how long can UPND watch their leader tortured? One more question: For how long will UPND members watch their efforts thwarted?

The Power of the Kneeling

Tribalism is a dangerous system that has caused millions of deaths across Africa and beyond. Tribalism fosters intense hatred for a fellow being. The Rwanda genocide is a case in point. Power, greed, heartlessness, foolishness, pride, and ignorance of one man can torch the entire country.

When a 29-year-old American quarterback knelt during the national anthem, he sparked a non-violent protest against racism. That’s the power of the knee. Kneeling is the most effective and powerful way of protest. No stones are hauled; no gas is used; no gun is fired, no fires are set; no buildings are destroyed; no one is hurt; and no one is killed. Maybe it’s time for Hakainde Hichilema, the man trapped in the web of tribalism to lead all loving Zambians regardless of their tribe and political affiliation to taking a knee. If not Hichilema, someone should take a knee for mother Zambia, Edgar Lungu perhaps?

UPND Lawyer abondons client over the petition case to block President Lungu from contesting August Elections

Lawyer for United Party for National Development (UPND) Mulambo Haimbe and Petitioners against Lungu grew cold feet to proceed with the case in which the Petitioners were seeking to block President Lungu from contesting the 2021 elections.

Mr Haimbe abandoned his clients, Joseph Busenga, a member of UPND and Bampi Kapalasa, Katuba Member of Parliament, on Monday afternoon have petitioned the Constitutional Court on President Lungu’s Eligibility.

The Court refused to discontinue the matter even after the Petitioners grew cold feet to proceed with the matter.

The Petitioners, without giving any plausible reason applied through their lawyer to discontinue the case in which they seek the interpretation of whether President Edgar Lungu is eligible to stand but the Attorney General objected to the request to discontinue without the court pronouncing itself on the matter which the Court had earlier decided in the Dan Pule case.

Attorney General Likando Kalaluka, Solicitor General Abraham Mwanza and Principal State Advocate Francis Mwale took turn to object the oral request to discontinue the matter stating that the matter was one of public interest which cannot be ended by a discontinuation.

The trio cited the fact that this matter has raised unnecessary public debate despite the Court having fully pronounced itself on the matter on Article 106 clauses 1, 3 and 6.

The Attorney General said it was in the interest of justice for the court to make itself more clear that it has already decided matters associated with Article 106 which paved the way for President Lungu to contest the 2021 elections.

Upon the ruling of the Court not to entertain the application to discontinue the matter but proceed to hear the Preliminary Issue raised by the Attorney General, the UPND lawyer grew cold feet and applied to be excused from representing the two UPND applicants.

The Court then excused Mr Haimbe and adjourned the matter to Wednesday to allow the applicants to retain another lawyer.

Mr Haimbe is one of the lawyers who had also abandoned Mr Hakainde Hichilema during the Presidential Petition.

UPND hands over Vehicles to its 10 10 provincial Chairmen

The United Party for National Development (UPND) today handed over motor vehicles to its 10 provincial Chairmen across the country to help audit the party growth following the mobilisation exercise that has been going on.

Handing over the vehicles on behalf of President Hakainde Hichilema at a colourful ceremony at the National Youth Command Centre in Villa, Thornpark today, Party Deputy Secretary General Mrs Getrude Imenda said the party leadership has listened to the cries of the youths on the need for transport to help during party mobilisation.

Mrs Imenda asked the youth leadership to reciprocate the trust given to them by giving the vehicles to competent people to operate them and go flat out to all corners of the country.

“I believe mobilization has taken place in all the provinces so I urge you to go into those provinces to audit in order to ascertain if indeed mobilization took place,” she said.

The Deputy Secretary General urged the youths to get on the ground and make sure the party wins elections with a landslide victory.
“You have been empowered now and you should not complain of not having the necessary logistical support,” she said.

UPND Youth say they know the PF cadres who destroyed UPND campaign materials

“We are giving police 48 hours to arrest criminals who destroyed a building and burnt UPND campaign regalia failure to which we will apprehend known Patriotic Front members who committed the act,” United Party for National Development (UPND) deputy National Youth Chairman Stephen Chikota has warned.

Reacting to a video that has gone viral showing known PF members are seen burning UPND campaign materials and insulting the party President, Mr Chikota said it is sad that no action has been taken against the culprits despite the case being reported to police.

“We are capable of hitting back if this lawlessness is allowed to continue and we are giving police 48 hours to arrest these known culprits. We are not telling when and how we will arrest them but we are definitely getting them,” Mr Chikota said.

He was speaking at the party’s New Youth Command Centre in Villa, Thornpark when he addressed the press yesterday afternoon.

Speaking at the same event, Lusaka Province Party Youth Chairman Anderson Banda asked all PF youths who are being disowned by their leaders to realise that they are always abandoned to face the face law alone after being used to cause violence and insult innocent citizens.

He appealed to the police command to immediately bring to book cadres perpetuating violence.

And National Youth Secretary Samuel Ngwira has wondered how many times President Lungu is going to be giving ultimatum to a non performing Inspector General of Police Kakoma Kanganja.

Mr Ngwira said a few months after the extra judicial killings of Thomas Nsama and Bruce Kaunda near cabinet office in Lusaka, Mr Lungu told the nation that he was only giving Kanganja a few months to conclude the investigation of the two citizens.

He said Mr. Lungu should not waste time threatening to fire Mr Kanganja but must maintain him so that they can be fired together on the 12th August as Zambians are resolved and convinced beyond reason doubt to change government this year.

Mubita Nawa Demonstrates How UPND is Rich in Insults Yet Bankrupt on Alternatives

24

By Sunday Chilufya Chanda

We take great exception to Mr. Hakainde Hichilema’s UPND appointee Mr. Mubita Nawa’s crass shenanigans on a video where he is clearly seen gleefully enjoying and encouraging a UPND cadre’s insults targeted at the President of the Republic of Zambia Dr Edgar Chagwa Lungu.

While it is bad enough to insult even a child, it is an abomination for Mr. Nawa to abet insults of a person old enough to be his biological father. It is even a greater abomination beyond words, when the target of the insults besides being old enough to be Nawa’s father, is the Head of State. Sheer abomination! Ala Mupamba! Ni maloza! (Abomination!).

What is even more sickening is that Mr. Hakainde Hichilema, in his defiant response in a terse social media statement, describes Mubita Nawa’s vulgarities and insults directed at the Head of State as that of a “model citizen”. Mr. Hichilema’s defiant defence of his “presidential aide” clearly demonstrates how Nawa’s crassness has Mr. Hichilema’s full blessing.

We wish to remind Messrs Hichilema and Nawa that the Presidency is a venerable institution enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Zambia.

Let me remind my brother Mr Nawa as follows: Section 69 of the Penal Code provides:

“any person who, with intent to bring the President into hatred, ridicule or contempt, publishes any defamatory or insulting matter, whether by writing, print, word of mouth or in any other manner, is guilty of an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a period not exceeding three years.”_

Rather than frantically trying to spin it or deflect it, Mr. Nawa must show remorse by apologising to the President and the people of the Republic of Zambia. The more he tries to cosmetically cover it up with misplaced banter, word play and semantics, the more his boil of insults festers and the more the pus of his indecency is exposed.
It is a tragedy how insults have defined the UPND culture and character both on-line and offline. It just goes to show how Mr. Hichilema and his party of “insultants” are so bankrupt on alternatives, that they can do nothing but hone their vulgarity on innocent others.

It is disturbing that Messrs Hichilema, Nawa and Co. think that they can insult their way into State House. The majority of voters in Zambia love the Head of State and are pro-PF. They have not forgotten how Mr. Hichilema insulted them just because they support the development agenda of His Excellency President Edgar Chagwa Lungu.
When will UPND ever learn? Their vulgarity and insults are anathema.

Mr. Hichilema and his ilk should learn to disagree without being personally disagreeable. We therefore challenge the Opposition UPND to meet us at the arena of development, the arena of alternative policies, not insults.

PF Unveils More Candidates for August Elections, Charles Kakoma to stand on PF ticket

THE RULING Patriotic Front (PF) has announced the list of its adopted candidates for the Parliamentary, Mayoral, and Council Chairperson positions for Southern, Central and North-Western Provinces.

PF Secretary General Hon Davies Mwila said the development came after Members of the Central Committee met on Saturday and Sunday 1st and 2nd May, 2021, to adopt candidates to contest on the ruling party ticket in the named Provinces ahead of the August 12 General Elections.

Announcing the adopted candidates in a Press briefing at the Party Secretariat today, Hon Mwila has appealed to the unsuccessful applicants to remain loyal to His Excellency President Edgar Chagwa Lungu and the PF because it was not the end of the road for them.

He said there were so many platforms that they can use to contribute to the Party and the nation at large other than being an MP, a Mayor or a Council Chairperson hence the party would not forget them.

“I wish to make a very passionate appeal to all those that have not been adopted to remain loyal to the Party and to go flat out campaigning for His Excellency, President Edgar Chagwa Lungu, and all those that have been adopted. There is time for everything and your time will surely come. You should not despair or lose heart,” Hon Mwila said.
