Zambezi Omnisports to prop up sports and culture

1

By Benedict Tembo

IN his quest to give back to the country, a Zambian based in Canada Chasaya Sichilima has partnered with some compatriots and launched a multi-media production company providing content for radio, television and online audiences.

Based in Ndola, Zambezi Omnisport is focused on identifying and making visible the rare aspects of Zambian arts, sports, and culture to both local and international audiences.
Last year was a milestone for Zambezi Omnisport. It was one in which it etched its footprint in the grassroots sport and art sectors.

“Even though we only started formal operations in April 2023, Zambezi Omnisport was mooted in 2018 when it became apparent to the founding partners that Zambia needed a new home-grown effort to bring visibility and prominence to Zambian sports, arts and culture. This came against the backdrop of inadequate attention and investment in the three sectors,” said Mr Sichilima, who is the chairman of the board of directors.

He said this has made it difficult for Zambia to sustainably participate from the inside-out in the global conversation of sports, arts and culture.

“Moreover, this is compounded by the dependency on external donor and corporate support to promote the sectors. To the founding partners, Zambezi Omnisport has become the internal voice and vehicle for the sector’s development through grassroots engagement in key areas such as schools, colleges, lower sporting leagues, minor sports, dramatic art and community events,” Mr Sichilima said.

Last year, Zambezi Omnisport provided technical, logistical and marerial support to the Zambia School Sports Association (ZASSA) athletics and chess tournaments at Ndola’s Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.

Zambezi Omnisport streamed and broadcast the event to online audiences worldwide with HD quality and robust internet.

It also formalised and quantified the local traditional game “Eagle” or Zam-Eagle.
After exhibition at the ZASSA athletics and chess games in April last year, the acclaimed Zam-Eagle is now part of the school’s sports curriculum.

Zam Eagle was part of the competitive games for which points were awarded at the ZASSA ball in Livingstone in August last year .

Zambezi Omnisport provided technical support and filmed the ball games.
It also broadcast and streamed the Copperbelt FAZ GSB Cup for which it received positive feedback from FAZ Copperbelt and cup sponsors.

Mr Sichilima says Zambezi Omnisport also sponsored and provided technical expertise to the first ever Software Development Workshop called Sprintathon at the Copperbelt University in Kitwe.

In August, Zambezi Omnisport sponsored and organised a Madalas Tribute game in Ndola, which was highly appreciated by the community while in September, the company was the media and technology partner for the FAZ Copperbelt 2022 23 season awards gala and provided the event with an engaging presentation and broadcast.

A month later, Copperbelt FAZ under-18 side Ajax Chimz Academy and Zambezi Omnisports signed a partnership deal which saw the media house “Zambezi Omnisport” become the official match day kit sponsors for the academy.

In the same month, Zambezi Omnisport broadcast the 45th Combined Copperbelt Nursing Schools graduation ceremony at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
Zambezi Omnisport initiated a pre- and post- game analysis show. The hat-trick coverage included the Zambia versus Ivory Coast game, the 2023 COSAFA men’s soccer championship, the Copper Queens’ maiden participation in the World Cup, the 2023 COSAFA women’s championship.

Some guests have included AFCON 2012 winner Jonas Sakuwaha, Gabriel Kaunda, the Afrisport FC founder, FAZ Copperbelt technical director Mortson Kasoma and Indeni Roses coach Benson Chambeshi.

It also covered minor sports such as the Ndola netball district championships.
Zambezi Omnisport launched first artistic offering, “Girls Alone” revolutionary talk show presenting the world from a girl’s point of view.
This includes the perspective on career, family, society, relationships, events, among others.

“Girls Alone” explores the views and experiences of the girl from close range. The programme is motivated by the fact that the view of a girl, and a woman, is often dismissed at worst and usually ignored at best in most societies, leading to a cultural structure that keeps her at a permanent disadvantage.

Through “Girls Alone” programme, Zambezi Omnisport brings its contribution to the elimination of this disadvantage by fostering the ongoing conversation and debate about gender equality in Zambia.

There is also discussion on enhancing the contribution of girls and women to the Zambian economy, given the role that they play.
“Girls Alone” is the first of the artistic and cultural Zambezi Omnisport is publishing in the next few months. Zambezi Omnisport has most recently produced engaging online sports content to critical acclaim.

2024 Outlook

Production of Zambezi Omnisport Sprintathon on a much larger scale.
“Feedback from last year was that venue at American Corner could only accommodate so many. Since were doing it for the first time, that was a deliberate decision to get an understanding of the need,” Mr Sichilima said.

He said the production of a Zam – Eagle competition is intended to increase coverage of the traditional game to everyday situations.

“It is a game that can give a break for our kids from computer games,” Mr Sichilima said.
Zambezi Omnisport also intends to escalate coverage of the men’s African Nations Cup and the women’s edition once dates are confirmed.

On his motivation behind Zambezi Omnisport, Mr Sichilima said:” It is about putting together years of involvement in arts and sports across the world, blending it with modern day technology and equipment and adding another layer and value to the Zambian sports, media, and entertainment landscape.”
At the core of this and from his personal standpoint is” Diaspora engagement with, and contribution to the motherland.”

Energy Expert Urges Government Investment in Electric Vehicle Charging Points

9

Energy expert Borniface Zulu has advised the government to invest in the construction of charging points for electric vehicles (EVs) as part of a broader initiative to accelerate the transition to a sustainable and environmentally friendly transportation system.

Mr. Zulu highlighted the potential benefits of investing in charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, emphasizing that such an investment could significantly reduce transport costs, greenhouse gas emissions, and oil imports in the country. In a statement to ZANIS in Lusaka, he underscored the importance of mobilizing adequate and sustainable financial resources to facilitate a smooth transition to electric vehicles.

“The benefits of electric vehicles in Zambia include environmental, economic, and social aspects. The adoption of electric vehicles can lead to a lower carbon footprint, reduced emissions of local pollutants, lower fuel and maintenance costs, reduced dependence on oil imports, increased energy efficiency, and potential for job creation and innovation,” explained Mr. Zulu.

He further emphasized the need for the government to foster partnerships and collaborations, invest in charging infrastructure, and develop supportive policies and regulations to promote the adoption of electric vehicles. Mr. Zulu acknowledged that while there are significant opportunities for electric vehicle adoption in Zambia, including increased demand for transport services and growing renewable energy generation, challenges such as high initial costs and the establishment of charging infrastructure need to be addressed.

“The adoption of electric vehicles presents a promising option for Zambia to address its transport and energy challenges,” concluded Mr. Zulu, recognizing both the potential benefits and existing barriers that require strategic solutions for successful implementation.

President Hichilema Urges Unity and Adherence to Health Guidelines in Cholera Fight

3

President Hakainde Hichilema has reiterated the government’s determination to contain the cholera outbreak in Zambia. Expressing his concern, President Hichilema stated that he has been closely monitoring the cholera situation across the country, with a particular focus on Lusaka.

In a Facebook post, President Hichilema emphasized that stringent measures will continue to be implemented to curb the further spread of the disease. He urged citizens to adhere to the health guidelines provided by competent health authorities, underlining the collective effort required to defeat cholera.

“We can only defeat cholera if we work together. Taking measures to avoid contracting the disease is our call to action,” President Hichilema stated.

Cholera, an extremely virulent disease transmitted through the ingestion of contaminated food or water, poses a significant health threat. The disease can cause severe acute watery diarrhea, and if left untreated, its severe forms can lead to fatalities within hours.

Mines Minister Assures Progress in KCM-Vedanta Deal Implementation

33

Mines Minister Paul Kabuswe has announced that the process of implementing the deal between Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) and Vedanta Minerals is near completion.

Mine unions this week held a media briefing in Kitwe at which they expressed concern over the ‘delay’ to action the KCM-Vedanta deal.

Mine Workers Union of Zambia, National Union of Miners and Allied Workers and United Mine Workers Union warned that (KCM) risks undergoing care and maintenance following low production at its Integrated Business Units (IBUs).

Commenting on this issue, Mr. Kabuswe said the consent judgment related to the deal was scheduled to be signed Friday to pave way for the last step which is a creditor’s scheme of arrangement.

He said the Government has done its part by resolving the KCM issue that emanated from the liquidation of the mine by the PF Government.

During a media briefing today, Mr. Kabuswe brushed aside issues raised by the three mine unions.

“You as the media and through you the public is aware that all the challenges of KCM and Mopani have been resolved. Of course it is in the public domain that the Government and Vedanta Resources resolved to settle their dispute the two parties had out of court. Two day ago, I don’t know whether it was a press briefing or something by the mine unions and we saw miners clad in black t-shirts and waving placards. I was in shock and asked what was going on because as a Government we have been very open. This government has negotiated various conditions for miners; among them is the 20 percent salary increase immediately Vedanta assumes full operations of the mine (KCM). I think that we need to give each other a break as Zambians. It is important to take things in their context,” Mr. Kabuswe said.

He continued: “Right now, I want to announce to you that all the documents, all the agreements on KCM have been signed. As we are talking to you now today this morning if am not mistaken they are filling consent judgment. That consent judgment they are filling today is now to pave way for the last step which is a creditor’s scheme of arrangement. That mine was in liquidation. I wish the miners who were waving those placards could have protested when a decision to liquidate a company by a minority shareholder was being made. It was a wrong decision. It is a reason this mine is where it is. Vedanta has done its part, the Government of Zambia has done its part and ZCCM IH has done its part, now it remains for the courts to run that process of the creditors’ scheme so that we remove the provisional liquidation.”

Mr. Kabuswe urged miners and their unions to be patient over the KCM issue.

“We have done our part but we have to allow the process to run. We have done our part and there is nothing remaining. We have done all the agreements. There is no more discussion going on between Vedanta and the Government. Everything is on course. Please bashi mine and leaders of miners allow the process to run. As far as we are concerned as a government , a solution for KCM has been found and there will be no looking back. Government, Vedanta and ZCCM IH are now partners in KCM. So Abena Kopala do not listen to negative voices. Sometimes in our endeavour to do correct things we seemingly look like taking long, the reason is, if you rush you crush. That is where we are on KCM,” he concluded on the matter.

Freddy Michael Sets Goal Target in 2023/2024 ZPL Golden Boot Race

0

Green Eagles’ Ivorian forward Freddy Michael says he can score up to 30 goals in the 2023/24 FAZ Super Division season.

Michael is leading the scorers list with 14 goals after 18 matches while his closest rival Andrew Phiri of FC Muza is six goals behind.

The forward scored twice when his side Green Eagles beat Mutondo Stars 2-1 away in Ndola at the weekend.

In an interview, Michael said he was enjoying his scoring form at Green Eagles.

“I can’t say much, I am enjoying my form and I am very happy. I am grateful that I am scoring those goals for the team. I keep on working and we will see what will happen in the next match,” Michael said.

The forward has told Radio Icengelo Sports that he wants Eagles qualify for CAF club games.

“Scoring wise I am happy with the way the season is progressing but as a team we wanted to play ABSA but we did not qualify so we are looking for another option to qualify for continental,” Michael said.

He was reluctant to talk about the number of goals he is eying this season.

“I can’t say how many goals I will score this season because I am taking game by game but I am sure if I score in every game I am sure I am going up to 30, 25 or something like that but I am focusing on each game,” he said.

Michael is looking forward to Saturday’s home match against Konkola Blades.

“We are going to take the game as it comes. We are going to play, enjoy the football and see the result at the end. We are going to give our best,” he said.

Meanwhile, sixth placed Eagles have 29 points, eight points ahead of 13th placed Konkola going into this weekend’s week 19 matches.

HH visits Cholera centers, blames PF government for Cholera crisis

Opposition leader Hakainde Hichilema has blamed the PF government for the Cholera outbreak that has since claimed 58 lives.

Mr Hichilema who visited some Cholera centers on Sunday said had those claiming leadership of our country taken heed to our advice on the need for quality public health care, Zambia was not going to be needlessly losing lives today.

He said Cholera is a preventable disease and that everybody all saw it coming, but there was no political will to tackle the outbreak quickly.

Mr Hichilema said the UPND is certain that funds meant for public health were made available much earlier in 2017 but due to corruption, funds were misappropriated and misapplied to areas not in the interest of citizens.

“When in government, we will listen more to our people and act in their best interest while fighting corruption using our zero-tolerance to corruption policy,” Mr Hichilema said.

He added, “Quality public health will be one of our pillars in ensuring a healthy and productive population. Only then will we be able to walk with our heads up that we are moving Zambia forward.”

Mr Hichilema was in the company ofparty Vice President, Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba, National Chairperson, Mrs Mutale Nalumango, party Deputy Secretary General, Patrick Mucheleka, party Chairperson for Mobilisation, Ms Sylvia Masebo and other party officials.

“We saw patients and their relatives whom we wished quick recoveries and encouraged to remain hopeful of better tomorrow. At the same time we appreciated the health personnel who are working round the clock at the frontline of combatting the disease,” Mr Hichilema said.

Hichilema : One -String Guitar

29

It’s very difficult to conceive of a multiparty political dispensation where only one political party and its leaders are allowed to have rallies, meetings, press briefings, and visits of its structures at will and without hindrance.

Mr Hakainde Hichilema and his party, the UPND, are today enjoying unfettered exercise of their freedoms of assembly, association, expression, and speech at the exclusion of the opposition and all others.

The public order Act and other related laws don’t seem to apply to them at all.
And on everything else, Mr Hichilema is a shameless blame shifter.

Seeking to exercise our constitutionally guaranteed fundamental human rights is not the pursuit of politics of confrontation or insolence.

We know very well that when they were in opposition, they were partially denied these rights. But it shouldn’t be a matter of revenge. An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth will leave them blind and snaggletoothed.

If they’re mature politicians, they’ve got to break the cycle of abuses and mistreatment of political opponents.
Without a doubt, Mr Hichilema and the UPND endured a lot of injustice, and the nation aligned in sympathy for them, but they have squandered that goodwill. They have messed this up!

Mr Hichilema seems to be a one-string guitar. The only tool he has is a hammer, and he doesn’t seem to understand the need for tolerance, self- limitation, and modesty. Anything he sees in front of him, no matter how small or insignificant, he has to pound it down with full force.

But this approach is very destructive and dangerous. This he must be mindful of and not be excited with power recklessly.

We have repeatedly warned that this country will not be a good place for any of us to live in if it’s not a good place for all of us to live in.

When fundamental rights and freedoms are denied, they are always fought for. This is the reality Mr Hichilema and his corrupt puppet regime must be ready for!

We shall fearlessly defend our liberties, human dignity, and rights.
We will not allow Mr Hichilema to use power and privilege to constrain our efforts and existence in this country to maintain the status quo.

National Heroes Stadium Designated as Cholera Centre Amid Rising Cases

5

In response to a surge in cholera cases, the government has designated Lusaka’s National Heroes Stadium as a Cholera Centre. Health Minister Sylvia Masebo confirmed the decision, stating that the facility is fully equipped and operational after the deployment of health workers and volunteers.

Minister Masebo revealed that the Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit (DMMU) and the Ministry of Water and Sanitation have been actively engaged to provide additional support in controlling the escalating situation.

Speaking to journalists after conducting a Cholera sensitization outreach in Mandevu and Matero Constituencies, Minister Masebo urged residents to implement precautionary measures to curb the spread of the disease.

During her visit to Matero Level One Hospital, where cholera patients are currently receiving treatment, Minister Masebo inspected the facilities and interacted with healthcare professionals managing the cases.

Kennedy Lishimpi, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health, disclosed that of the newly recorded cases, 273 are in Lusaka alone. The government remains committed to addressing the cholera outbreak swiftly and efficiently, mobilizing resources and collaborating with relevant agencies to curb the spread of the disease and ensure the well-being of the affected communities.

Public Protector Expresses Concern Over Unlawful Vehicle Impoundments by Traffic Police

13

The Public Protector, Mrs. Caroline Sokoni, has voiced deep concern over the growing instances of unlawful impounding of motor vehicles by some traffic police officers. Mrs. Sokoni notes that this practice has escalated, even in cases where the offense committed does not warrant vehicle impoundment under the law.

Expressing her observations, Mrs. Sokoni emphasized that the majority of the public is law-abiding and willing to pay fines, contributing to government revenue. However, she highlighted a disturbing trend where certain traffic police officers resort to impounding vehicles as a means to solicit bribes from affected motorists.

The Public Protector underscores the detrimental impact of such actions on the government’s fight against maladministration and corruption, asserting that law enforcement officers should not be contributing to the flourishing of these vices.

In her capacity as the head of an institution mandated to ensure adherence to processes and procedures in public institutions, Mrs. Sokoni asserted that the Office of the Public Protector will not tolerate deviations from laid-down procedures by a few officers within the Traffic Department. Such deviations tarnish the image of the Zambia Police Service.

Mrs. Sokoni issued a call to Zambia Police Service Traffic Officers to uphold professionalism, avoid procedural improprieties, and execute their duties without unjustly impounding vehicles or victimizing the public.

Furthermore, the Public Protector appealed to members of the public who have fallen victim to questionable vehicle impoundments to collect the name and service number of police officers, as well as the police station managing the roadblock. They are encouraged to report such incidents to the Office of the Public Protector or the Police Public Complaints Commission.

Mrs. Sokoni concluded by reiterating the importance of maintaining the integrity of law enforcement agencies and fostering trust between the public and the police force. The Office of the Public Protector stands firm in its commitment to upholding justice, transparency, and accountability in public institutions.

Government Postpones School Opening Due to Cholera Surge

9

In response to a surge in cholera cases, the Zambian government has announced the deferment of the 2024 Term One school opening from the initially scheduled date of January 8th to January 29th. Education Minister Hon. Douglas Syakalima made the official announcement today in Lusaka, emphasizing the need to prevent and mitigate the spread of the disease.

Minister Syakalima clarified that this postponement applies to all public, private, aided, and community learning institutions, including Early Childhood Education (ECE) centers, primary, and secondary schools. Learners at all levels are expected to resume classes on January 29, 2024, after a three-week extension from the initial opening date.

To compensate for the lost time, the Minister explained that the First Term holidays will be reduced to one week instead of the standard four weeks. Consequently, schools will now close for Term One on April 26, 2024, and reopen for Term Two on May 6, 2024.

In light of the shortened holiday period, Minister Syakalima urged parents and guardians to prepare their children for the upcoming term well in advance of the official closure of Term One.

The Ministry of Education, under Hon. Douglas Syakalima’s leadership, emphasized a cautious approach to reopening schools, calling for collaborative efforts from all stakeholders to ensure the safety and readiness of educational institutions.

Kamanga Forecasts Good 2024 for Zambian Football

2

AZ President Andrew Kamanga says he is expecting 2024 to be a good year for Zambian football.

In his weekly column, Kamanga said this year Zambia is targeting to qualify for the FIFA World Cup and Olympic Games.

‘Happy New Year to you all our loyal fans. Thank you for walking with us in 2023 and we can only promise to serve you better in 2024. There is already so much for us to look forward to in the brand-new year. We are already in the thick of the Chipolopolo preparations for the Africa Cup of Nations which kicks off in the next few days,’ Kamanga wrote.

‘Finally, as we roll into 2024, we expect that it will be a year that we will take to even greater heights. Our scorecard in 2023 was above board with the Copper Queens qualifying to the world cup, the Chipolopolo qualifying to the AFCON while the U17 and U20 boys qualified to the Africa Cup of Nations,’

Kamanga urged stakeholders to support FAZ in improving football in the country.

‘There are greater targets in 2024 with the Copper Queens fighting for a consecutive Olympic qualification while the Chipolopolo have their sights on world cup qualification. We have every reason to believe 2024 will be better in football terms. We can only urge everyone to jump on board and ride with us as we aim to take Zambian football higher. Once again Happy New Year,’ he stated.

Two Children Drown After Mad Man Throws Them In River

2

In a heart-wrenching incident, two young children from the Nkomba area in Mpika District, Muchinga Province, lost their lives after being thrown into the Lufila River by a man suspected to be mentally disturbed. The tragic event unfolded on Tuesday, leaving a community in shock and grief.

Mpika Central Member of Parliament, Francis Kapyanga, revealed that the mentally disturbed man met a grim fate as well, facing mob justice from outraged community members for his alleged involvement in the horrifying act.

In a telephone interview with ZNBC News, Mr. Kapyanga conveyed the devastating details of the incident. The two children, aged three and another whose age was not specified, were thrown into the river by the mentally disturbed individual. Tragically, one of the children was retrieved without private parts, adding an even more distressing dimension to the already devastating incident.

Efforts to intervene and save the suspect from the wrath of the mob were made by a brave police officer. The officer attempted to rush the accused man to the hospital, recognizing the severity of the injuries inflicted by the angry crowd. Unfortunately, the suspect succumbed to his injuries on the way to medical assistance.

Paul Achiume, Muchinga Province Police Commanding Officer, provided additional context to the unsettling incident. He confirmed that the suspect, known to be mentally challenged, had a history of criminal activity, including a previous conviction for the murder of his own grandfather. Although he was later discharged, he continued to engage in criminal behavior within the community.

On the tragic day, the suspect was witnessed leading the two boys towards the Lufila River. The community later discovered the lifeless bodies of the young victims floating in the river.

The incident has sparked sorrow and concern within the community, prompting authorities to address the pressing issue of mental health and criminal behavior. The Muchinga Province Police Commanding Officer urged for a comprehensive approach to such cases, emphasizing the importance of identifying and addressing mental health issues to prevent further tragic incidents within the community.

Konkola Copper Mines Urges Employee Patience Amid Transition Talks As MUZ calls KCM a “Dead Horse”

Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) issued a statement addressing concerns raised during a recent meeting in Kitwe involving union leaders representing workers at KCM. The meeting discussed matters related to employee rewards as outlined by Vedanta Resources Limited and the overall state of the mining asset.

Management at Konkola Copper Mines acknowledges the apprehensions of its workforce and seeks to reassure employees that all stakeholders involved in the finalization of the complete takeover by Vedanta Resources Limited are diligently working to address outstanding issues. These efforts are part of the transitional arrangements agreed upon and signed by ZCCM IH, Konkola Copper Mines, and Vedanta Resources Limited on November 6, 2023.

In the statement, KCM management emphasized their commitment to safeguarding the integrity of the company’s assets during this transitional period. The assurance comes amid concerns raised by mine unions about the state of operations and the need for urgent investments to prevent potential flooding in the underground mine.

Shapi Shachinda, General Manager Corporate Affairs at KCM, issued the statement, requesting patience from union leaders and members of the Mine Workers Union of Zambia (MUZ), National Union of Mining and Allied Workers (NUMAWU), and the United Mine Workers Union of Zambia (UMWUZ). Management stressed that the matters discussed will be implemented as promised by the investor once all outstanding issues have been resolved.

Meanwhile, at a media briefing in Kitwe, mine unions expressed urgency for investments in Konkola Copper Mines to avoid potential challenges, including the flooding of the underground mine. MUZ President Joseph Chewe, along with NUMAW President Saul Simujika and UMWUZ President, highlighted concerns about operational delays and increased pressure on KCM’s operations.

Chewe went on to express worries about the current state of the smelter at Konkola, describing KCM as a “dead horse” and suggesting that without prompt action, the mine might soon go into care and maintenance. The union leaders demanded full disclosure of the Mopani deal and emphasized the need for transparent communication regarding the future of Konkola Copper Mines.

Court sentences thief that stole former President Lungu’s TV for 5 years

15

The Lusaka Magistrate Court has handed down a five-year prison sentence to Angel Chipasha, the man responsible for stealing television sets from the former residence of ex-President Edgar Lungu in Ibex Hill.

Resident Magistrate, Chrispin Hampungani, delivered the verdict yesterday, marking the conclusion of legal proceedings against Chipasha. The sentence comes after he was indicted for the theft of television sets on August 9, 2022.

During the court proceedings, it was revealed that Chipasha, on the aforementioned date, forcibly entered Mr. Lungu’s residence in Ibex Hill and made off with two television sets, valued at a total of 66,000 Kwacha. The audacious break-in at the former president’s home prompted swift action from law enforcement agencies.

Following an investigation, Chipasha was apprehended on August 14, 2022, following a raid on his residence in Lusaka’s Chipata compound. The operation led to the recovery of one of the stolen television sets.

The sentencing serves as a stern warning to potential offenders and underscores the importance of safeguarding the security and property of public figures.

The stolen items, crucial pieces of evidence in the case, have been recovered, providing closure to the incident that had sparked public concern. The swift resolution of the matter demonstrates the effectiveness of law enforcement efforts in addressing crimes against public figures and their property.

As the convicted individual begins his five-year term behind bars, the Lusaka Magistrate Court sends a clear message that criminal activities, especially those targeting prominent personalities, will be met with the full force of the law. The security and integrity of public figures’ residences remain a priority, and the justice system is dedicated to holding those responsible for such offenses accountable for their actions.
